Possibly the best fast food restaurant in NE Ohio. Burger King is Burger King?but this Burger King goes a step further. I... always have very large orders because I have a large family. The orders are always right, and they are always done timely. They take pride in putting the sandwiches together and pay attention to detail, even the way they bag it. Employees were kind, polite, & efficient! My food was hot & prepared better than i had expected! To top of my good experience... there, when i didnt get the additional sauce i requested in my bag, the nice lady who walked my order out to me in the parkinglot, didn't hesitate one bit, to run back inside & get them for me & run them out to my car as well! I had pulled around to theparking lot to wait on my order briefly as it took just a few moments to be prepared and that allowed for everyone else in lineto get their orders more quickly. Look, half the time food is decent. However the issues keep arising at this place. Ask for a burger with ketchup and pickle only... and they put only mustard. At the time of writing this I ordered a big meal for friends I have over. Missing one of the threefries and no napkins. Done with this establishment. Read more
Completely incompetent up there. I go in the drive thru and she says how may I help you and when I get my order ready and tell... her she then wants to tell me after I get my whole order ready that oh yeah we don't have no biscuits right now.
