I wish this place was in delivery distance. It's my preference every time I want a pizza anymore.
After taking what seems to be years to get a good group of people working there. It's way better then when I worked there a... couple years ago. I've had my bad days with the Rittman Pizza hut. But there's nothing to complain about with the new crew onboard. At least when and if a mistake is made there no argument of negative rebuttal from the staff. The jump right onto fixingit. Also.... The cheese stick with the pepperoni on them was my idea. And pizza hut needs to bring those back cause they were ahit.....lol Read more
I ordered wings with my points that i did not receive and a large pan pizza and all i got was 2 medium regular not pan pizzas.... When i called and could not have someone get my wings, i was basically told i was out my points and my wings. No other pizza huthas ever been this rude! Read more

I have had multiple negative experiences at the rittman pizza hut, but I decided as a 33 yr PepsiCo employee (and yum brands... stockholder) I would give it one more try. I ordered the Detroit double pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. I was blown away byboth. The cheese sticks tasted like the pan pizza always has(unlike the last two pan pizzas I ordered) and the Detroit style wasabsolutely fantastic. Nothing negative about it at all. My only complaint is that you no longer give packets of hot peppers orparmesan cheese, but sell the shakers. I will try to order again in the near future to see if the quality of the food comingfrom this restaurant had truly improved or if I just caught you guys on a good day. I truly hope it is back to the way it usedto be, as pizza hut used to be my hands down favorite take out pizza. Read more
Employees are very nice, and make you feel you matter as a customer. Any time I experienced an "issue" they were quick to... correct it and make it right. One of my pizza's came out burnt once and they put a new one in, they noticed it before giving itto me. Read more
