This was a perfect stop on a 5-hour day. Carl's Jr food was very good. Hot and fresh. It was linked up to a Love's gas station... so we were able to fill up the truck with diesel and then sit on a picnic bench in the shade while our dogs were secure and adog run fenced in. Read more
Very busy line out to the door. Friendly service struggling to keep up with tail end of lunch time. Lower quality beef than... they used to use when they had the "6 dollar" burgers. Much more like BK or Mckeys than the quality they used to be. Read more
Dry gut bomb bound together with weird plastic cheese texture. It filled my belly, but it would be near the bottom of the list... when looking to stop again. The onion ring on it was crunchy in a good way, but lacked flavor. The bacon was overpowered by thesheer mass of the bone dry burger patties. I understand I am spoiled on the burgers because of a place called Naps that usesDaily's Bacon and makes awesome stuff, but McDonald's is consistently more enjoyable to eat than this was. The good is that thechicken nuggets were super small, so they put 10 in a 5 piece and we had a snack for the dogs too. Read more
I got the Famous Star meal and it was delicious. Just remember to upgrade to their crosscut (waffle fries). They're the best! ... I upgraded to medium, but should have stayed with small and saved the money. A small is still plenty of fries and drink. Read more
Very good burger, lukewarm fries. Which counter person said they were fresh & refused to replace. Warmed up in gas station... microwave & then were perfect. Don't see how they could have charged so much for a small fry that was only barely half of thecontainer ($2.39?). Best fries, , in my opinion still tied between five guys and Burger King! :-) smile! The pictures don't match the product. I got the Carl, which looked like a double patty, but just an optical illusion. The fries... (a small, very small) was over $2++. They weren't very hot, so I asked the clerk about replacing them. He explained that they'vebeen pretty busy and so they've been dropping fries pretty consistently and they were fresh. They became busy, but only afterme. There was a lady in front of me that ordered a milkshake & a Carl's. And one gentleman after me. ???? Service and food were great. Calling out guests and calling out orders to put into fryers. Dining was mostly clean except the... drink bar but it was taken care of shortly after we sat down. Great team! ???? loves side was very friendly and greeted ushappily right away! Read more
It was almost empty but it took several minutes for the staff to even acknowledge that we were standing at the counter. Lettuce... wrap was the worst at any Carl's! Thrown together and then one end stuck down in the bag made a huge mess. Picture is exactlyhow I got it. Paper straws as the only option were truly the "last straw." Read more
