Classic style diner and drive thru. Showed up at lunch time to be greeted by patient employees. After ordering we were able to... take our seat and didn't have to wait long for our order. Food was great. Tasty burgers that weren't all fat and grease butstill had tons of flavor and plentiful ?tater gems" were a fun addition for the kiddos even though they were a bit on the greasyside. The facility was kept clean and had holiday style decorations up to lend to the atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean and we'llstocked. Only down mark would be that the bench seat was not securely mounted to the floor and nearly tipped over. Decided on aVanilla milkshake on the way out and was not disappointed. Thick and flavorful. I've been here once. I'm new in town as of a year ago. It was clean, they were fast, but we got sick from the food. Both of us... did. I've managed a Zips before, and this seems like a good Zips to go to. Sorry to have to say this. I'm all about localsupport, and I am not sure what it was that didn't set well with me. First time going here and it was the weirdest interaction we?ve ever had at a fast food place. We went through the drive through... to order, and the first thing the guy said was ?Hi, I?m the only one here.? We said uh, okay, and told him the first thing wewanted to order. No response for about two minutes before he said ?okay?. We asked if we could add cheese to the burger, andinstead of answering the question, he just said curtly, ?I?m the only one here, you need to hurry up.? Like okay dude, I?d loveto hurry up if you could just answer if we can add cheese or not, and you were the one who didn?t respond for several minutes.We just said never mind and left. Read more
We have been to a few locations before but this one left a pretty sour taste in our opinion. We ordered the waffle fries and... the cashier rang us up for them but when we asked why we got regular fries....the guy just said "We don't have them here". Thecashier should have mentioned it so we could've reconsidered the items ordered. The wait time was at least 20 minutes...we had aWrangler, fries and 1 shake. Also it was fairly grimy in there, no clean tables. Other people that came in after us by at least10 were served before is. Fast, hot, friendly, and steaming hot fresh food.. DELICIOUS! YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THE CHICKEN STRIP BASKET....
I love the food at Zips. My first visit was back in 2020 and the had the skinny old cook who was raising hell with the poor... cashier's, they couldn't help that they were short staffed. Stopped in again this past June and I was glad not to see the cookraising heck like that. The food was great and the cashier was supper nice. I look forward to visiting there during my nexttrip to Spokane. Read more
Went here ?cause it was convenient and not too impressed. Had a bacon cheeseburger combo and taste was average. Did get friendly... service and it was clean. It was kind of busy but didn?t have to wait too long. Might skip the food next time but willdefinitely go back for the ?Cheesecake shake? Read more
Great waitress (Shelly). Fried chicken was very good and maybe the best navy bean soup I've ever had (Tina, the cook). Quick and... easy access from the interstate highway. Worth the stop for good home-cooked food. Pie looks great too. Read more
