My son who has some allergies was really excited to try a place that has gluten free options so I placed a a phone call to... restaurant 3 days back. I simply asked to confirm what items/ingredients are in the garlic bread and the lady rudely statedsomething like, "I don't have time you can place your order somewhere else? and hung up on me. She didn?t even wait for myresponse. I tried calling her back thinking there much be some problem with the connection and she picked and hung up againwithout talking!! Needless to say I will never order from them and I will make sure to spread the word about their rude service.This tops the list of my worst customer service experience ever by far! Read more
I just had to perfect salad today from them! Any time I get my food there, whether it be their chicken parm, raviolis, or... anything else from the menu, they never disappoint with making the best Italian food in the area. I would highly recommend! Read more
If i could leave 0 stars i would. Please read. I have been going to River Edge Pizza Kitchen for years for takeout because... they have several gluten free options. Upon my last visit, I waited quite a while for my takeout order to be ready, no bigdeal, right? Except for the time I spent waiting there for my food to be ready to go the woman and her husband were screamingand cursing each other out while I was in there. The woman was screaming she wasn?t going to cook certain peoples orders andtheir phone was ringing with no one answering it. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable but I didn?t say anythingand gladly paid and took my order once it was ready and left. When I got home I looked at the receipt and saw she added herselfa 15% tip without even asking! I tried calling and even went back there within a half hour and they were closed by 7pm on aSaturday night. Today (on a Sunday) I returned to inquire about the 15% tip she added and she lied and said ?oh my grandson didthat, he just didn?t know what button to press? and I said that?s a blatant lie because you rang me up! She said well do youhave any idea how busy last night was and I said still don?t lie about it just apologize and make it right. As I was leaving,she told me to go f*** myself (I have the entire thing recorded.) This is how they treat customers and how they behave in frontof customers. Absolute disgrace. My boyfriend surprised me with pizza and garlic bread from here and they are delicious. I miss soft pizza after being told to go... on a gluten free diet, and this tastes exactly like non-gluten free pizza does. It?s not crispy like the frozen cauliflowercrusts - much fresher and it melts in your mouth. Will be returning soon! Read more
I should have walked out when the pizza that I ordered was taken out of the fridge wrapped in plastic! After sitting at the... hospital all day with my mom, I didn't have the energy to question. When I got home and looked at the pizza, it looked old andtasted old. Loaded with salt. Huge headache from all of the salt. Even my 12 year old complained about the salt. I couldn'tfinish my slice and ended up throwing the other two slices away. Very disappointed. Read more
This is our go to Italian takeout. Great Bread! Chicken & Eggplant Parm & Chicken Caesar Salad are among our families... favorites. Be patient though, because Like most good Restaurants they?re busy at certain times & have limited staff due I?m sureto these times of uncertainty etc Read more
