11:25 on a Saturday morning, took at least 15 if not 20 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. 2 customers waiting ahead of us in the... store, steady drive thru and delivery drivers came in waiting to go out again. What I presume was the shift manager/lead thenbegan shouting to everyone who walked in the door "15-20 minute wait" as if they hoped people would leave. The message couldhave been relayed in a more welcoming tone "sorry, we are very busy (short staffed, whatever), it may take 15-20 minutes for usto get your order made". We watched at least 7-8 people walk out within a 5 minute period. Seems to me if you have peoplecoming into your business, it might make more sense to serve them and decline deliveries until caught up or something. It wasdefinitely not a freaky fast experience for anyone. Food was fine once we got it, but with the wait and demeanor of a few ofthe employees, we likely won't eat here again. Read more
This has to be the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been too, they forget drinks or straws on almost every single delivery and on... average take 50 minutes to an hour to deliver 4 miles... not to mention sometimes the food is hot and sweaty, like the ham hasbeen sitting out at room temperature all day. Bah, want to support local businesses where you can, but sometimes you just have to call it like you see it. Placed an order for... delivery around 5:23pm. Was out for delivery about 20 minutes later, finally called the restaurant around 6:30 to inquire. Itwas supposedly with their slowest driver...said to call back in 20 minutes if the food didn't show up. Called back at 6:50 toask for a refund....we will see if we get it...food never did show. We order fairly regularly from here, but this isn't thefirst time we have had issues unfortunately. Sandwiches are usually good but service and timeliness are issues, this is notgenerally a freaky fast establishment. Our 5 year old stayed by the door crying while we ate cereal. We went through the drive thru and I forgot a sandwich when ordering. When I got to the window I apologized and asked the guy... if it was too late to add a sandwich. He didn?t even answer me. He shut the window in my face and walked away. I then watchedan employee who was done with her shift take her personal water bottle and use the ice scooper to scoop ice into her bottle tofill it before leaving work. She actually touched the ice scoop to the top of her water bottle where she drinks out of. Sotheir ice scoop is now contaminated with her germs just a heads up. The guy did end up adding my sandwich to my order but wasextremely unkind and rude to me. Read more
I know businesses have been hurting to find good help but every time we have been to this location even before the pandemic we... have had AWFUL service. We just waited in the lobby then attempted to go through drive through. We waited 5 mins with noresponse then someone finally said it will be a few minutes. After another 5 min of waiting, no cars a head of us, they comeback on the speaker and say there is no fresh bread. It could have saved a lot of time starting with that. We always try to givethem another chance but consistently are let down which is a shame because our kids LOVE Jimmy Johns. Read more
Went here today 721/21) since I was in town. I ordered my sandwich right off the app. Never been here before at this location.... Paid for it and was all set to go. There wasn?t anyone inside eating, but they had plenty of orders they were working on fordrive thru. Very clean inside. People inside were all very kind and professional. I got the meal. So for about 10.50 I got ahuge sub made exactly the way I wanted it, a soda. and that huge big cookie. Now I am in a food coma! JJ IS THE SUPERIORCHOICE. I gave up on Subway long ago. Gave up on many other so-called-sub places.The inconsistencies and they are not lessexpensive. It is around just 10.75 for a Spicy Italian without a meal(at Subway). Long gone are the $5 subs all day. And I haveto say JJ tastes like they have real meat. Unlike Subway and their fake crab meat or fake jello?d icky meats that taste like themeats came right out of an Oscar Myer cheap lunch meat package. JJ is just better. The Best ever! And I don?t just give 5stars. If u ask for extra lettuce and no mayo, and ask for extra say? onion. U will get it. U don?t need to stand and watch someperson put a few flakes of lettuce on your sandwich thinking that they out extra on it. I ordered for a group of basketball girls on 11-5-22. I placed the order slightly before they opened online to assure it would... be delivered accordingly to our schedule. We were very very close by(5 minutes). I witnessed at least one delivery from therecome and go and had to call 3x to ask about ours. I had 15 hungry girls wanting to eat.......I finally called and asked tospeak to a manager, I was promised a call back Monday 11-7. Never got a call back and no follow up. Highly disappointed andwill never utilize their services again. I got the food almost 2 hours after I ordered. Read more
