Went through Drive-up just for coffee. Car in front of us evidently had a large order, we waited quite a long time for lukewarm... coffee. Lid wasn't on tight. My Mom almost wore it...not a good trip this time.? Read more
Normally have a good experience here. However, today when I went through the drive thru for a quick breakfast I had a not so... pleasant interaction with the woman at the pay window. After I ordered and was waiting in line to get to the pay window, Idecided to check my app for any deals. I found one I wanted to use and presented it upon pulling up to the pay window. The womanat the window acted extremely annoyed that I wanted to use the coupon on my phone and then proceeded to scold me for not givingthe coupon code over the loudspeaker when I ordered, telling me it takes more time to do it at the window. Not a great look toinfer that I?m being an inconvenience as a paying customer. This experience today won?t keep me from coming back, but itcertainly wasn?t appreciated. I felt it warranted a review in hopes that management can address this with their employee.Normally workers at the drive thru windows are very pleasant here. Read more
Stopped initially at Culvers. Changed my mind and came here for a fish sandwich. Big mistake. Sandwich was spongy. Also devoid... of flavor. Major disappointment. Was years since my last visit. Will be years before I return. Read more
I went later in the evening, I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal. Once I got home, I opened my cheeseburgers and there was no meat.... It was only a bun with cheese. Like really? It?s obvious the night crew doesn?t care how they serve their customers. Read more
Coming from someone who has tried McDonalds in seven different countries, this McDonalds in little River Falls, WI has got to be... one of the best! I have come here many times of the day, and each time has been amazing! The fries are always (and I meanalways) hot and fresh! There have even been times when they were so busy and packed that the actual store owners have come tohelp out, and I feel like that already says a lot about how much they care about both their employees as well as theircustomers! Very clean organized Mac dons. Nice and warm in here today even though snowing outside. They took away the iced tea but they... have Powerade. Tables and benches a plenty. A big plus for me was that their tv?s were tuned to Fox News, rather than some lamenarrative driven channel that nobody watches. Bathroom was clean but no paper towels. Read more
