I went in to pick up an online order, and I had never been there before. I was pointed out by Robert with a bit of a rude tone... that it was right at the front door, but I informed him I also wanted to get a salad and purchase it. The entire experience was horrible. When I walked in, the man working here seemed annoyed by my presence. He was rude while I... ordered and told me I had to wait in my vehicle while they made the pizzas, even though I was the only person in the store. Wewaited in the car for over 15 minutes while our pizzas were prepared. Unfortunately this isn?t the first bad experience we havehad at this location. This place is our go-to pizza place, and we use it so often that I should admit that I think I've been taking it for granted. ... We love the take-and-bake concept, preferring the "fresh out of the oven" experience to carry-out of restaurant-cooked pizza. And this place has never disappointed us. GREAT PIZZA!! "Wendy", the store manager, is upbeat, energetic, friendly and definitely on top of things. Tuesday's is $10... pizza day; ANY large pizza for $10.
