I ordered delivery. Chicken and ribs with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was spilled in the bag the... mashed potatoes had no gravy, ribs and sauce looked old and the pieces of chicken looked like something someone left on theirplate after eating. Absolutely disgusting. I went there in person a few months ago and dined in with my spouse and thought theplace looked like it's been through some rough times but I thought I'd give em another try last night... NEVER AGAIN!DISGUSTING!!!! either get a new crew in there and a makeover or just shut it down. Read more
I should not have gone in. The portion sizes for the price of the half chicken meal (quail sized chickens and an ice cream scoop... worth of sides) would have been acceptable if it weren't for the the dirty interior and horrible customer service. Boston Marketused to be a pleasant experience and good value for the money. Not anymore It's a shame that this will be my last memory of BM.I should not have gone in. Read more

The menu board was blank when I arrived. I had to use my phone to pull up the menu. The store is filled with boxes, tables have... not been wiped or cleaned. The soda machine was out of Coke Zero and diet. There was no ice in the dispenser. The credit cardreader did not work and I was prompted to repeat the process several times when it was clear there was a fault. The reader onthe register took it the first time. I overheard other complaints, including a thanksgiving dinner package customer beingdouble charged. The response was please call back on Wednesday, today is Saturday. I have stopped by this location occasionallyover the last 4 years, today will be my last visit. Read more
Worst chicken ever!! Extremely DRY and no flavor at all. Seems like an ingredient or ingredients were not added. Asked for... well done as I usually do but this was ridiculous. Even well done they are always juicy and flavorful. Just spent $68 ongarbage. Regret coming in today. Should have gotten a pizza. Very disappointed. Will be a while before I come back if ever.
