Young adults running the establishment they could be a little more friendlier, the place could be a little cleaner, the use of... gloves on a consistent basis is a must for me. Ordered a Penne Rosa, soup, salad, and baguette to go for myself and another person for lunch. The Penne Rosa didn't have any... mushrooms or spinach in it and barely any tomatoes. Why charge me the cost of the original dish when you aren't going toinclude all the ingredients? The Cesar Salad didn't have fresh lettuce and the soup was cold and wasn't reheated through - whichmeans they aren't serving fresh soup. I was there to pick up my food at 1:30pm so it wasn't like it was near closing time. Also, the staff was very rude. They didn't have signs about where to go or how to pick up online orders so when I went to lookat the orders on the shelves they yelled at me instead of explaining the process to a customer. I have been coming to noodles and co for years and recently I have been very disappointed. Today, I ordered potstickers and they... were completely soggy as though they had been microwaved or boiled. I also do not like the fact all the salads have greens &kale mix as the salad base. If you do not like kale, there is no opportunity to omit it. Since I was not able to order thesalad, I ordered the penne rosa. Again, in the past this has been very good. For this visit, there was hardly any sauce and ittasted more like a marinara sauce than anything. I also noticed a tray of chicken sitting out behind the gentleman taking myorder. The chicken remained sitting out when our meal was done. My daughter also asked for chop sticks when the server broughtour food and he replied "they're inside." I feel like customer service and food quality has slipped under the cracks from noodleand co and I will not be returning. Read more
I liked it! Even though you ordered in the store, you get the to-go presentation. My favorite was zucchini pesto, it was... delicious, also you have gluten-free options so you can enjoy noodles. The staff was nice and kind. The place is neat and clean.You should try it. Read more
Extremely disappointed in the quality of food and service at this location. I typically go to the noodles & company in oakbrook... or glen ellyn every other week and always order the same thing and have never had a problem with quality.This was the first timeI came to this location and my food was extremely burnt and flavorless. In addition, I usually don?t mind when employees arequiet because I know how demanding customer service can get, but the employees here did not even say a single word to me when Iasked for my pickup order. Delicious noodles. Ordered from door dash and the food arrived hot and fresh. We tried the buttered noodles, Japanese pan... noodles, Mac and cheese, and steak stroganoff noodles. All were a hit. Definitely recommend to try the buttered noodles withgrilled chicken, Delicious combination! Read more
