This place is ridiculous. 3rd day in a row can't get my order right. Ordered avocado pesto grilled cheese and asked not to pit... tomato on - I got bread with pesto and a slice of cheese not even melted. Asked for wake up wrap with egg and cheese - gottortilla with melted cheeese. Asked for 5 mini munchkins - got a bag of bacon. Asked to cut sandwich for my 3 little kids inthe car in 3 pieces- they cut it in half. What am i supposed to do? Too bad i always used drive through and was always in a rushto check order by the window. Second time stopping at this location first time was around 4pm asked for a sandwich and apparently they were not making any... food because they were cleaning the oven. So,I stop by today (5pm) ask for two bacon wraps and they said " We are not makingany food". Asked for donuts only had a couple. Very unfortunate. Read more
I choose Dunkin over Starbucks just because of the Hummus & tomatoe TOAST .. when I?m away from home every other Dunkin toast... the bread .. here they barely warm it , so I started asking for it double toasted . Even went in & asked in person yesterday?NOPE still warm bread . Today in the drive thru again I asked twice PLEASE make sure it?s double toasted .. guess what??? warmbread !!! I showed the guy & he offered to redo it ? but you know the risk of complaining & having your food redone .. I?ll skipthe extra ingredients available & go back to Starbucks Read more
What started out to be a great place for coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches has quickly gone downhill. Orders not filled... correctly and stale bread holding cold eggs and sausage sandwiches together. This is the third time I've been disappointed notonly by the work staff but also the awful burnt coffee and food. No slam dunk here. You just lost a consistent customer and anyrecommendation to others to go there. Read more
Order the sourdough sandwich which was fine of course the donut was fine I ordered the new peppermint large coffee latte was... only like half filled and even with the whip cream it didn't reach the top. That I ordered another ice latte and they gave me ahot latte that I had to go all the way back around and told him that so they took the old one they gave me an ice coffee blackinstead an ice latte. So all and all it was a pretty bad experience. Read more
Only complain is I always ask for light ice and always get the cup full of ice. Is this something this location does?? Total... bummer because the coffee doesn't taste water down like other locations. Read more
In the morning you'd expect service to be slow but it's actually the opposite. Many cars were ahead of me but it took what felt... like 2 minutes to get my breakfast and go. Workers were surprisingly polite and were customer friendly. One of the best dunkinsI've been to recently. Read more
