Each time I go after lunch hours there is always been an issue. Today my children?s school had an event. I mentioned we were... with the school and the girl in the drive thru was very rude. I did not get a receipt nor was I asked if I wanted a receipt.Once I received my order of sundaes I noticed how very little ice cream and hot fudge was in the cup. I rarely go to thislocation and today proved exactly why. Never have this issue with any other Mc Donald?s locations. Read more

Not slacker employees but I've got to admit the fries were lukewarm that's the worst lukewarm fries! (Jim Gaffigan right lol) I... know that's just the moment of one time, one visit, so you can ignore that. The staff is on the move that's refreshing! I stopped at this location on two separate occasions recently (its the one connected to the gas station on Grand & River Rd). ... Both times, such a bad experience. First time, as I gave my order at the drive-thru, the woman started talking to someone elsenear her and subsequently got my order wrong. The second time, after telling them I specifically wanted BBQ sauce, they forgotit. I had to drive around to the first drive-thru window again (the one you pay at) to request it and the woman tried arguingwith me that I had to go to the next window to get it. I told her I refused to wait behind the other cars for something I askedfor in the first place. After poking her head out the window to see if there were in fact cars waiting (as if I was lying), shethen does a quick 180, grabs the sauce from a box directly behind her and hands it to me! Didn't apply my coupon, or tell me the total. Didn't provide a receipt either. I had to request one at the second window. I had... a feeling the cashier did not apply my coupon. I was asked to pull forward to get my receipt. The manager brought out a copyof my receipt and refused to fix the error in my overcharge. Food was also barely warm. 3 orders of stale fries and a crumb I just received on my order#60 9/21/2018 3:01pm which was a 6 PC's barbecue tenders and two... happy meals. One out of the six tenders looked like it belonged to the tip of another and they still put it in the box like itwas a whole tender. Paid for a six got five. Really pisses me off to have that "who cares customer attitude this piece of crumbtender counts as a whole piece!!! Unreal. Check the freshness of the fries before serving!!!!! Read more
This location is in a great place. Easy to get to. Next to Gene and Jude's, which is a cheaper option for a drink. Place is... never crowed when dining in. Drive thru is quick and painless. Read more
The general manager that?s there in the mornings, is very racist & rude. I?ve been coming to this mc Donald?s every morning on... my way to work & he always give me a hard time. This morning I went and ordered breakfast & ice coffee, it seem like he alwayswant me to pull up to a number space that?s connected to the gas station & drive thru which makes it very dangerous, & can causean accident because it?s no room to go anywhere. There was someone already sitting in the all the spaces so it was no where forme to pull into this morning when he asked again. The crazy part is my coffee was ready & sitting on the counter but he keptarguing & yelling at me, telling me to pull into a number space. I do not think he?s professional enough to be a manager incustomer service, talking to customers like that.
