Horrible dine in experience! The service was actually good and food too. Howecer, some of the staff have family members with... lots of small children running around the restaurant. Kids crying, running laps around me, screaming, climbing furniture,throwing themselves at my feet, and no parental control. Staff and parents are totally okay with it. I get that it's a fast foodplace and they are Kids but the behavior was appalling and the parents and staff just laugh about it. I wish them all the bestbut will never dine at this specific BK ever again. This wasn't the first time this family has been there being loud but thistime was the most obnoxious. Didn't even pretend to care. Laughed about it even when I looked over. Rude family! Staff shouldn'thave private parties at work on the regular! Read more
We went at about 8:44 pm the manager was very rude if you don?t like your job quit that simple ! His system froze up while we... were tryna pay and I guess it put him in a bad mood ?. His face said it all when we were nothing but polite . The otheremployees where super sweet though. Read more
Liliana and crew have messed up my order as well as a few of my neighbors orders on a number of times!!!! It's a gamble but it's... a restaurant who's food brand I have grown up on. She makes excuses, doesn't answer the phone or hangs up when she checks callerID. Last year she wouldn't have the receipt machine print legibly just so a customer who experienced a problem wouldn't haveproof!!!! Why and how is this store in operation with a manager as inexperienced and unqualified as her! She's repeated my orderover intercom but still got it wrong!!! Frustrating to use hard earned money to continuously get wrong orders and excuses!!!I've driven to other locations just for better service but how is that manageable during this worse time for strugglingfamilies! ???? Just shut this location down. Unprofessional. 30+ minute waits just for one meal. Dine In is always closed at dinner time. Uber... orders are never ready. Short staffed my rear. McDonald's and in and out never have that problem. Embarrassing Read more

So I had to say Thanks to Lilliana (I hope I spelled your name right) and her crew we received some delicious hot... breakfast/brunch I had a hiccup with my order but she didn't mind making it right THEY are good examples of customer service and if this is how they fix breakfast I am EXCITED for Lunch AND dinner I recommend this place to as many people as possibleour food was sealed I watched the execute the drive thru and properly sanitize and this is NOT A PAID PROMOTION OR REVIEW IWROTE THIS BECAUSE I WANTED TO. =) Read more
