At about 5: 30 on Thursday July 21st I just went in and I was so happy to see that there were new Subway sandwiches to try and I... got my turkey Cali 6 in and went to pay and didn't realize that a 6-in combo had jumped to $12 of course and I didn't haveenough to tip and I mentioned it and the man who checked me out seemed apparently a little bit feral to service because he saidit figures when I couldn't tip him I did go right home and get $6 and go back up there and throw it on the table out of generalprincipal But I have literally never in my life heard anyone actually mention to a customer something derogatory about theirtipping ability especially in a fast food store So even though they have these great new sandwiches and this shop is just downthe street where I moved I won't be going back Read more

I love to eat Subway. I am on a diet, and the protein bowl is my go-to. I go to different subways regularly. I live in River... Oaks, and every time I go to River Oaks. There is this one girl who every time is just rude. I?m not sure what her name is. Shealways microwaves our meat instead of toasting it. She rushes the order. This happens every single time with her. She is justrude and acts like she hates her job. I never had this problem at other subways. We will never go back to River Oaks subway. Wewill drive to Northside instead. Clean store but need better staff. The older guy that works there was very nice. Read more

There's an older hispanic lady and a bigger white lady. The hispanic lady is bad. My sub was a disaster, she made it double meat... without me asking (which for someone else would be fine, but the regular amount of meat on the BMT is plenty for me personally),most of my vegetables weren't even on the bread, and the dressing was only on those vegetables She forgot the cheese on myboyfriend's sandwich, toasted it, we told her she forgot, then she retoasted it, so the bread was basically burnt. It's like shejust doesn't listen. We have to repeat everything we say at least 3x and she'll still get it wrong. The bigger white lady wastoo busy sitting at the table next to the bathrooms with her boyfriend arguing about something or other, to help the badhispanic lady. Talk about extremely unprofessional. I understand it's just subway, and she probably hates her job, butseriously. That attitude is why you work at subway. But she's made our sandwiches before and it's as if she refuses to goanything faster than snail speed. I've been a pretty regular customer for years now. I've seen good employees and bad employeescome and go, and this is the first time I've debated whether I want to go back. Read more
