This is my favorite Taco Bell experience this week! We love coming to Taco Bell all the time and getting their different tacos... (crunchy, soft, Doritos, etc...). This location is one of the best Taco Bells and always has such happy staff/management. I ordered from the drive through, Thursday September 15, 2022 at about 11:40a.m. I was given my order after I paid. I thought it... was fast I should have said something bc it was way fast I ordered 3 crunchy tacos ????. When I got home sure enough those tacoshad been sitting waiting for someone to order them bc when I got home to eat them tacos were soggy from the bottom!! I was sodisappointed and dissatisfied with my tacos!! I couldn?t go back bc I had other things to do! Next time I will be sayingsomething!!! Uh!!!! So upset about my tacos!!! This Taco Bell needs a NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM! The managers & some of the crew they have now are HORRIBLE! The tables aren?t... getting cleaned after each customer, the place looks dirty, they messed my order up twice, and they are simply UNORGANIZED. Toomany young people, with no true leadership to guide them. I can say that the food is always hot, and the drinks fresh, but otherthan that, I don?t recommend this location. Also, I notice their Mexican Pizza Combo only comes with one supreme taco, but theone in Lakeworth comes with two supreme tacos, and that?s how I remembered it as a child. All in all, this location definitelyneeds to be cleaned up and put back in order, so the customers can enjoy their eating experience. Also: They make you use thekiosk and I prefer to order my food in line. Not everyone wants to be made to use the kiosk, especially when it doesn?t evenaccept money, and you have to get in line anyway?!! Read more
I ordered a steak bell grande, and it lettuce and jalapenos and extra cheese to it. The service was fast and quick my food most... definitely was hot and fresh I didn't have any issues. I really wish they bring back the Mexican pizza though ????. But all andall it was good and at that time of night their customer service was awesome. Read more
Wow by far the rudest staff I have ever experienced at a Taco bell. I was management for Taco Bell and training for GM so i know... this is not tolerated. They never greeted us or the two other parties that entered. Then told a man use the Kiosks to order itsfaster. Since they were too busy to serve us but we can stand against the counter. Then they argued with an elderly woman abouther and her daughters order so much the woman told her to give her money back and walked out. Now there is a employee talkingloudly in the dining room dissing the elderly woman. That is insane and so rude. The food was sub par tacos not filled to top,tea is watered down. This taco bell has the worst customer service and about half the menu items available 90% of the time. The last three times I've... been there they have been out of sodas and only offer unsweet tea or water. The employees made our food wrong twice and thenacted like we were "Karens" for asking them to remake our order, which took about 20 minutes (I could hear the manager tellingthe employees to serve the drive-thru first and to give them the food that they were remaking for me and then just make meanother one). The employees need retraining and the "manager" should be replaced. 1 star Read more
