Staff is always nice, however my drink order isn?t always correct. If I pay for extra upgrades I expect them to be added to the... drink or to be refunded for them if they are not available. Unfortunately this time I drove off before I tasted it and the drivethru line was so long that I didn?t want to go inside to wait again to have it refunded or corrected and they haven?t made itpossible in the app to get a refund. Instead you have to go through emailing corporate customer service. In the meantime I willcontinue tasting it at the window and having them remake it if it?s wrong. Such a waste of everyone?s time. Customer service was garbage. Can?t speak for everyone who works there but one woman was extremely rude when interacting with... me, was extremely standoffish and even ignored me at times. Don?t work in a customer service gig if you don?t know how to talkto people politely. Crazy how one bad worker can change the environment from a place I feel is comfortable and can relax in tosomething very different. Read more
