Staff is always nice, however my drink order isn?t always correct. If I pay for extra upgrades I expect them to be added to the... drink or to be refunded for them if they are not available. Unfortunately this time I drove off before I tasted it and the drivethru line was so long that I didn?t want to go inside to wait again to have it refunded or corrected and they haven?t made itpossible in the app to get a refund. Instead you have to go through emailing corporate customer service. In the meantime I willcontinue tasting it at the window and having them remake it if it?s wrong. Such a waste of everyone?s time. We did mobile order from app (earn reward points) There is a area for pick up mobile orders and an area for in store waiting... customers. Orders always ready in a timely manner. Staff is cheerful and helpful Read more

Customer service was garbage. Can?t speak for everyone who works there but one woman was extremely rude when interacting with... me, was extremely standoffish and even ignored me at times. Don?t work in a customer service gig if you don?t know how to talkto people politely. Crazy how one bad worker can change the environment from a place I feel is comfortable and can relax in tosomething very different. Read more

This place gets too busy and the staff can't keep up. Recently, I took my daughter for a treat breakfast. We got our drinks. I... had to ask about the food twice. Eventually, her muffin came out. She was completely done and I still hadn't gotten my egg whitebites. They said they were busy and running behind. After 10 more minutes, I kindly requested a refund which was MUCH prompterthan the service. Sad, because I want them to be awesome. Read more

Starbucks does not seem to care what types of people they hire. They do not look for friendly, jolly, types of people to hire.... Had yet another bad experience (of many over the past 2 and a half years of coming to this location). Maybe I am just toosensitive, but some of these workers are not the least bit friendly. They do not greet you, or smile at you, and say hello. Thisone lady who works there never smiles, and she always has a nasty attitude, at least in my opinion. She is just not a jolly,friendly type of a person (at least not to me and my mother, who have been going here almost daily for the last few years). Sheis a total narcissist too, because my mother finally confronted her about her unfriendliness, and the way she always acts, andinstead of saying sorry, she asks a different customer if she is friendly , and is just very rude about the accusation.Starbucks should care about their employees having a good, friendly attitude, to all of their customers. When I run into anasty, and unfriendly person, it just ruins my entire day. I will never visit this location again. I may just stop going toStarbucks altogether, because they do not care about the attitudes of their employees. Read more
