Went tonight for an early dinner reservation without the kids and we were beyond impressed with not only the service and staff... but also the food! Staff from front was so attentive and knowledgeable of all the options for both food and drinks offering hissuggestions. Our server Deanna and her helper were also amazing ! Deanna offered her suggestions and even asked the chef if theycould omit an item off a dinner option I wanted ! I’m so glad she did bc I was in love with the homemade pappardelle!! Westarted with the octopus and calamari and both were fresh and delicious ! Even the bread was so fresh and good! This place was just taken over by one of my all time favorite Chefs, chef Paul Bazzini. He has completely flipped this place... into an amazing Italian steakhouse. Even the bread is to die for. He puts thought into every detail and it really shows. Myhusband and I went for Valentines day and received the homemade truffle gnocchi and a delicious seared tuna. Very delicious. Pricey but good! You MUST get the panchetta appetizer. Incredible. Kinda odd but in such a fancy setting, they... had a huge TV on the wall playing an old war movie. For a steakhouse I was expecting a better steak. First, we requested a char blue steak, however the internal temperature was... very cold. We had to sent it back for additional cooking. Went here for my birthday last night and wow, is this a truly spectacular place. The food was just beyond delicious. We had the... bacon steak which was out of this world along with the calamari…so yum! Their old fashioned was perfect and we got the ribeyeand it was cooked to perfection. The server was very friendly and gregarious. The ambience was wonderful and the appetizers and burgers were excellent. However... this restaurant is called a steakhouse and the steak was very very disappointing. While the chef had cooked the steak perfectlyand to the right done ness, the choice of meat was quite disappointing for the price we were paying. A good steak should be wellmarbled with visible threads of fat running through the meat. I've attached a few photos, two of the steak that I was served andone of the standard Costco USDA Choice graded meat from my own freezer. I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions.
