I ordered an anchovy, pepperoni, and onion pizza, with extra sauce, crispy crust.. Yes, I *am* very picky about my pizza, having... spent alot of my teenage years and alot of my twenties, working at various pizza places in Modesto- and *this* Mountain Mike's(which I had never ordered from, ever), nailed my order. It was perfect. Plus the girl with the nose ring was super friendly andwas very nice. Good job, guys. Thank you. It was nice to finally have one of my favorite comfort meals prepared perfectly! Orderd 2 pizza for $65. I was told it would be 1hr and 20 min. It was 4:30pm. Just got some lukewarm pizza. Its 7:30pm. Last... time, the quality has gone downhill. I have lived in Riverbank since the 80s. Ill just hit Roundtable next time. Read more
Highly upset that The last 3 times I ordered online, and paid for 6 sides of ranch ($1.50) they never bring it. That?s a total... of $4.50 that I spent on ranch and never got it. It doesn?t sound like a lot of money, and it?s not, but can you imaginespending money for an item and you don?t get the item? It?s like going to the gas station, giving them $20 for gas but you onlyget $15.50 in gas but they kept the $20! It?s very annoying that this has happened 3 times in a row. I ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered within 1hr 15 max. Almost 3 hours later and no pizza was delivered. The... only thing I?m told by Isaac, the manager, is that it?s somewhere on its way. Never have had any issues with any of my orders inso many years. No confirmation of refund could be given so at this point let?s see how quickly they refund since they can?tdeliver a pizza in under two hours on a Thursday. Lost a customer here. Customer service at this location left a lot to bedesired. What a shame. The fact that the last part of your response this review was a copy and paste from the last reviewsshows the effort being made to make up for the huge let down in service. It?s been over the days I was told I?d receive myrefund and I still have not been refunded my money. At this point, it?s just fraudulent. I will be filing with the BBB toresolve this issue. Read more
Love the pizza, but they almost always miss something on our delivery orders. When we've gone to the restaurant, it is dirty.... After multiple trys and because we love one of their pizzas we kept going back. Now we've finally found another pizza place sowon't be ordering from this Mountain Mikes; maybe another one, because the pizza is good. Read more
For the price its great, if you use the 10 medium pizza coupons or the large for 16 or 17 bucks. Dine in is a good experience.... Have had rude staff on occasion but i chalk it up to being busy and being human. Have had pizzas on occasion also be undercookedwhere its still really dough-y but it happens its hard to tell if its cooked all the way with toppings on it. Overall just thelittle details keep it from being 5 stars but still a good experience 9 out of 10 times Read more
