The quality of food sucks. The good- Great service, easy pickup, greeted on entry, clean place. The BAD- horrible parking,... price, quality. Chowmein was like eating uncooked topramen. The fried rice was identical in flavor to steamed rice, bland. Theorange chicken was like 2 day old bread dipped in orange jam with the only chicken being the ligaments and tendons. The teriyakichicken was undercooked. The flavor was consistent, it mostly all tasted the same. Get a new cook and better suppliers. Read more

Ordered a panda feast and the workers barely filled up the boxes. I took two pics of the first two boxes I opened. Very hard to... feed a family of four when they don?t provide adequate amount of food in the panda feast. Disappointed in the quantity for sure. Read more
It was super busy when we went to order food last night. People were waiting in line outside & the food was running low BUT the... staff were all very nice/helpful even with grumpy customers behind us. The staff was doing all that they could to get everyoneserved as fast as possible. Read more
Terrible service. Waiting in line outside for 30-40min. When we finally were first in line there was an older gentleman who was... accusing one of the employees of doing something nasty with their box of food. The one being accused then says don't come at meI have anger issues... i was so comfortable I left. So much drama. Besides that I've multiple issues with this store prior tothis. STAY AWAY from Panda Express (Riverbank location) unless you want hair on your food.. There's better and cleaner options for... "Chinese food" around town, don't even bother. You would expect more sanitary precautions right now since we're in the middle ofa pandemic but clearly its one their weakness along with accurately taking a simple order. Read more

Great food but horrible execution. More then one occasion we were rushed out with our order and did not receive all items. Its... not worth going back and waiting in the long line over again. They need to get things right, absolutely no excuses. Beware,especially if you order ahead of time you'll be waiting for a min of 15 to 30. Skip this location and go to Modesto or Manteca.Riverbank can't seem to get it right. EVER. Read more
