Placed order, five minutes later was told they were out of mushrooms for my sausage and mushroom pizza. Ok, I guess no big deal.... Five minutes later was told they were out of ham for my ham and pineapple pizza. Not so OK anymore. Got a refund. Manager wasSUPER NICE though and did send a driver for more ingredients. This place is a total drag. Seems like they don't want to be at work. They have an arcade and no quarter machine. You ask for... quarters at the register and they will exchange 1 dollar for you, the rest of the quarters (well over $10) are for the next twodays which happen to be weekdays. Maybe they don't like going to the bank? Regardless only a few of the games work. It's a shamea pizza parlor would have this kind of service. I remember when they were across the street, the guy would toss the dough in theair, it was a highly spirited place. Now it makes you want to run out of there! 9-10 times everything goes smoothly. The 1 it doesnt im 80% sure it was my fault but food is always done and ready by the time... of pickup and fresh hot and crisp when delivered. Could use a little more options on thier website for orders to suggest easysauce or something simple like that but same pizza hut taste! Read more

This is ridiculous. I'm never the one to complain about customer service ever I'm Usually an easy customer to please and... tolerant. I called for a delivery at 8 pm and they said a 90 minute wait ( that's already pushing it but I'm patient and cravingthe pretzel crust and I know it's Friday night ) so I specifically ordered for pretzel crust pizza. That's what I was lookingforward to. They call me back TWO HOURS later telling me they don't have any of the crust I want left. I'm hungry tired and justwant my food so I'm like what ever then. Now it's three hours I get a thin crappy joke of a pizza I can't Believe I even paidfor this and extra for ranch. My bf is already asleep passed out by now waiting he didn't even get to eat. I'm too tired toeven call and ask for a refund or drive back and deal with the drama. Maybe tomorrow. Read more
