Majority of matters were okay pretty good I was there for my 43rd birthday. As for the food all but the sweet potato fries were... good because the sweet potato fries were served at room temperature been on the cool side when they were supposed to be servedhot but instead we're served at room temperature instead of the original batch that was served with my burger and the basket ofrefill that came to the table as well. Fast lunch with family. Bottom fries was so so much more than we could finish. Garlic fries was drenched in butter ... Could've... been better! Long Island iced tea was bomb diggity! Should have checked the reviews on yelp before ordering. Found a bug in my salad on my to-go order. I'm not too worried about... losing out on $15 for a salad. But when called, they would not take ownership of it happening. The manager was denying ithappened and that they don't have any bugs in their restaurant. A simple apology would have been sufficient. Our party of 4 were greeted and seated within 5 min. We had agreed to meet together for lunch because of the national $10... gourmet burger meal deal. The deal was not advertised inside this location and the server was not aware of any specials butwe're here now because of the advertised deal on TV and online so we went ahead and ordered. We received our meals and requestedketchup for our fries. Apparently their policy is not to put it on the table anymore. No ketchup at a hamburger and fryrestaurant. WHAT? We requested ketchup 3 times before receiving a very small bowl of it for the four of us to share but by thattime all of us but one had finished our burgers. They also must have discontinued their bottomless fries (maybe due to theketchup shortage) because one in our group had requested additional fries and that request went unfilled. Bottom line we wereinto a lunch for over $20 per person, $90 total with tip included. Ninety dollars for the National $10 gourmet burger meal dealfor a group of four. They now have 4 very unhappy customers over .50 cents worth of ketchup and failure to honor theiradvertised specials. I covered the lunch for our friends because I know they are financially struggling and were expecting aadvertised lunch special price that was not honored by this establishment. Worst pizza ever! Don?t waste your money, no matter how mad you are at Round Table?even if you have a coupon! First, they don?t... cut it like a normal pizza?dumb. The service was great, and he checked on us multiple times throughout our dinner. Just the food wasn't great. We ordered a bbq... brisket chips and it supposed to come smothered in beer cheese and bacon and brisket along with pickles. When we got ours thecheese was already going ???? ???? cold, they forgot the pickles it barely had any brisket and just had bacon bits. It was sodisappointing.
