Been here several times and only left here satisfied twice. They're good at getting your food to you quickly, but the quality,... quantity and customer service is lacking. I ordered a chicken sandwich which was over seasoned. I also ordered onion rings andonly got two of them and five hush puppies that came with the meal. The customer service in my opinion is always terrible.They're always rushing and don't sound professional, pleasant or happy to be there. Read more
Bad attitude is the easiest way to describe my interaction. Cashier frustrated and it showed in her customer service, making... everything else subpart. If the food was Free then I could kinda understand you might feel like that's appropriate but I workhard and just want to feel like my MONEY IS RESPECTED.. even if you don't RESPECT ME. Read more
First time trying Cook Out since we're new to the area and it was pretty good. We got all the kids off to dine in but they were... only open at the druve thru. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the options but I love the variety. I will say that when orderingthe trays you get a lot of food so next time I'll definitely get 2 trays instead of 3 for my three toddlers. Service was absolutely terrible, line was literally wrapped around the building(which is expected its cookout after all) however... my order was incorrect twice. I would never visit this establishment again and I wouldn't recommend you visit either!!!! How doyou make a M&M milkshake with no m&m's???? Just carelessness.
