I should have known not to order from this place when no one was in line at the drive thru! I spent $14 on this HAM and need a... refund. I at least thought my food would had been fresh because I was waiting at the window for some time, but my fries werecold and tasted half cooked the chicken smelled weird and was tasteless. Went here in the early afternoon. The 2 workers (male and a female with long pink hair) were outside running around playing tag... with a little girl. The female worker took my order. Her greeting was "whatcha' want"? I was taken aback. I gave her my orderand she said "alright bet", then she proceeded to yell at the child that she was just playing tag with. I was the only carthere, and it took about 25 mins to get my food. The same female that took my order was in the lobby, as the child just ranaround. There was another very polite young lady making the food, I was glad to see that, but I could tell she was fed up withwhat was taking place. This place did look closed when I pulled up, Del Taco needs to do some firing because this is veryunacceptable. Ok so this is the first time I've ever had Del Taco and it was pretty good. It taste more authentic and way better then Taco... Bell. The nachos were really good, don't judge them since I asked for no veggies but they were delicious lol. I didn't like theLoaded Queso Burrito much because it had fries in it but that was my fault for choosing it, otherwise everything else was great. Read more

Although they were short staffed the young lady working on the evening of July 18, 2022 had a positive attitude, smiled and... after giving us our order said have a wonderful evening. Customer service is extremely important. She didn't appear to bestressed although she may have been. From what l saw there were only 2 people working last night. It's rare that I can find fresh food served through drive thru and they open late, and good customer service. Food is good and... fresh. I love their popper drinks. Yum! Read more
Never again. Had to wait 1 hour for my food then they got the order completely wrong and had to wait another 1 hour for the... correct order only for them to get that wrong too. This place is trash. There were 3 people working from what I could see, twoof them were joking and laughing at the window when I came up. Light skinned girl with red hair laughed when we asked for thewait time. Read more
