I ordered my food for pickup. I came to drive thru, 1st, The young lady closed the window with my debt card in her hand. 2nd,... the melts didn't look nearly as big as the pictures perceived it to be. 3rd, they didn't put any dipping sauce in the box. 4th,they didn't come back to the window after we waited, waved, and tapped the horn. Do not ever order from this Riverdale location!. Ordered and NEVER received my order. Received a text that order on its way and... NEVER arrived! No One answers from the phone number. Told order out for delivery and no order ever arrived. Called Customerservice and they were useless! Please be warned to never order from Riverdale Pizza Hut, you will be sorry! Read more
Quick preparation and great customer service. Since COVID they have stopped serving fountain drinks and water but the cashier... gave my granddaughter a bottle of water since they had no cups. We had to wipe a few crumbs off the table and seat prior tositting down. Otherwise, it was welcoming and accommodating. Read more
Pizza was cold, no sauce, cheese wasn't even melted. Crust wasn't done. Was my pizza even cooked? The taste was off. Like bread... sticks were nasty and cinnamon sticks were not good either. Definitely not worth the $30 I spent. Read more
Listen, to me Pizza Hut had lost their touch. The pan pizza hasn't been the same since about 2004, but TODAY you all redeemed... yourselves. Well this location did! Now my wife wanted to switch it up, so we ordered the stuffed crust supreme pizza via theapp to be picked up at 12pm. When I tell you this was the best Pizza Hut pizza I've had in YEARS....and I mean YEARS it was! IfI could get this quality everytime I ordered a pizza I would never order from anywhere else. I have been unimpressed with my last 3 delivery orders. My orders seem to be of much unexpected liking. I've not complained or... made a big deal about it. But at this point enough is enough. When I make a purchase I expect to get exactly what I order notwhat PIZZA HUT feel like they want me to have. You don't just make something in your way and just deliver it as if it's OK. Thissupreme is just not that at all. Not sure if you were lacking toppings or what but it could've been said upon ordering. Bellpeppers and overcooked mushrooms. Seriously. I must say I'm a unhappy customer and had been upon my last few orders. Whethersomething is left, not made right, overcooked or you just send whatever. And yet charged the same price. 4 stars because my bread sticks is just bread I guess they forgot to put the fixing on top.. My pizza was not cooked... correctly... I am a frequent customer here my experience is usually pleasant tonight was not at all.. My advice slow down &double check yourself.
