This Zaxby?s has proven time and time again why I hate the establishment. This location in particular is always a disappointment... with slow service , my food is either wrong or never hot. And the customer guaranteed below average if not extremely poor . Howdo you get a mobile order , I waited so long might as well have waited in the drivethur and my food still isn?t hot .. ugh andthis isn?t the first time . I ordered my food in drive thru (Chk 4360). When I got home I noticed an earring back in my Kickin Chicken box. I also received... a chicken finger meal instead of the Signature chicken sandwich meal. I took the food back to Zaxbys and informed the cashier.My order was redone. After I received my order a female in the back apologized. The front cashier then asked me to throw awaythe food I brought back that was on the counter the entire time I was waiting. Customer service and training is essential. I wasdisappointed I had to return because my order was incorrect and an employee personal property was in my food. I love this zaxbys location! The customer service was amazing and I got my delicious n things hot and ready to eat ! However,... the drive-thru lines are long since the dining room is (sometimes) closed... but it's an fast service. I will always come tothis zaxbys place! Read more

This customer service after 3 is horrible. I paid for extra fries; they were dry and burnt. The wings were COLD as ICE. Lastly I... was in the toilet, INSTANTLY!!! I will never go to this restaurant again. Read more

The drive thru is always slow. You may or may not have to wait to the side for your order after paying for it. The food is... always hot and fresh. So if you don't mind the possible wait time, then this is the perfect place. You can't go wrong with aZaxby's House Fried Zalad! Read more

I ordered a house salad. The bag felt a little light but I chalked it up to be close to closing time. I get home and barely... have any chicken to go with my salad, there was no cucumbers, and I needed a spoon to eat my salad because there was not enoughsalad for the fork to grab. If inside was open i would've return back zaxbys to get a refund. This is ridiculous! Read more
