This place is absolutely terrible I ordered a BLT and the person making my food legitimately threw all of it together and put it... in the oven and didn?t cook the food all the way and had 20 seconds left until it was cooked and then put half of the bottle ofmayonnaise on my sandwich I wanted to throw up once I saw the device I just witnessed I absolutely do not recommend going hereat all this place should be absolutely ashamed of their service never again will I go there Read more
I went in subway in Walmart Riverdale to pick up a mobile order. The guy behind the counter said their machine wasn?t working.... He was referring to DoorDash inbound. So I told him I would read the order to him and move next to the counter and beganreading. The unmannered employee reached across the counter and grabbed my phone out of my hand! I quickly reached back over andgrabbed my phone back out of his hand and told him he had no business grabbing my phone without asking! Very rude, very nervy,very unprofessional! And don?t bother to try to call subway corporate, they won?t answer the phone anymore because they say ?tobetter serve you they have moved to a completely digital contact?! Avoid subway at all cost!! The guy making the sandwich today around 12:30pm was rude and aggressive. He refused to put the sauce after the veggies because... then the sandwich would be "messed up". After putting the veggies I asked kindly for extra sauce and the guy got upset andcomplaint that the sandwich was now going to be messed up and wrote a U with a sharpie on one side of my sandwich telling me "Iam writing a U because you are messed up". I am so saddened by all these bad reviews. Truth of the matter is several months ago this Subway was terrible, however it was... shut down and received a new owner, and a renovation. A much needed renovation. Things are actually clean now! *GASP* The newowner is one of the friendliest people you will meet and I often go here for work with my special needs clients. The owner andhis workers are all amazingly polite and understanding going above and beyond for me and my people. I refuse to spend my moneyat any other subway. While the old Subway definitely deserved the hate it got, this location has changed immensely for thebetter and it's upsetting that his store is sullied by the bad reviews of its predecessor. The food was disgusting, i have been to a lot of other subways with no issue but this one was just terrible. The soup i put... directly in the garbage.The lettuce was brown had to ask him to change it. there were flies everywhere and when i went to usethe soda machine dead flies came out of the lemonade.
