This is hands down the worst Starbucks you can go to. They consistently make drinks incorrectly, and then when you ask them to... remake the drink they either argue with you and tell you it's right OR they remake it incorrectly again. Today was just one ofthose occasions. I ordered a grande iced chai with light ice, 2 pumps of extra chai and almond milk. The first time they madeit, they made it with pumpkin spice and the second time they made it with caramel sauce. What the hell??? I will not come backhere, been burned way too many times. Read more
First of all your phone number doesn?t work, second of all don?t just give a customer a drink you think they would like if you... are out of something. I ordered two of the same drinks if the apple spice and both were the apple crisp coffee. I didn?t wantthat. And I?m a trucker so I can?t stop and turn around to get it fixed. Did drive thru and wow, they were fast. Had our drinks sitting at the window when we drove up. Bet the entire transaction took... less than 2 minutes! And their usual excellence when it comes to taste. Absolutely love their hot chocolate! Not too sweet .. . just right! Read more
