DO NOT COME HERE. never coming back to this location. Terrible rude hostess with the purple streak in her hair. Rolled her eyes... at me when I kindly asked for a booth. Said they ?didn?t have any booths available? yet there?s 6 booths empty and wiped off.Nowhere close to busy at this point. They had 6 different servers for the dining area so it wasn?t because they wereunderstaffed either. So we settled for bar area and it was the slowest service of my life. Server ignored me 2 different timesand was incredibly slow. Flirting with the guys at the bar instead of doing her actual job. when the food did finally come itwas very cold. The fried pickles were soggy and gross. Lastly? the server gave us our check with everything on one bill withoutever asking us if it was all together or separate beforehand EVEN THOUGH WE HAD 2 CREDIT CARDS ALREADY SITTING OUT ON THE TABLE.When we asked her if we could make it separate checks she rudely told us no and that we had to do that at the beginning eventhough SHE NEVER ASKED US TOGETHER OR SEPARATE AT ANY POINT. didn?t realize we had to state that on our own right as we satdown???? This place is so unorganized. They sat my son and I right away but then we didn?t see anyone for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I... went to every server and bartender and no one could help. Meanwhile there were people all over trying to pay their bill or getservice. Easily more people could have walked out. Finally got the manager and said they were understaffed. At the same time twopeople walked out after their lunch break was over and was waiting for their food for over 45 minutes. After we finally gotsomeone to get out order they rushed everything. They gave me a wing that had bones and shards sticking out of it. All themanager did was comp one of the appetizers. This was a Tuesday afternoon at 1:30pm. Place was empty when we came in as a table of 7. We placed our orders in a timely matter. We had to wait an hour for our food... and tables that came in after us got their food before us. Once we got our food it was cold. Waitress never checked in on us. Read more
Ordered dinner for my family and got a sampler platter with cilantro (which I'm allergic to) after we requested none and no Bleu... cheese. A kids meal with 2 cold chicken strips and no drink, and this epic "Cobb salad' it was an absolute waste of money. Read more
The staffs and manager were very friendly and talkative and nice!! Would definitely recommend this place as it is proper... American food and style. I love the idea where you can get many sauces from very hot to mild and different types of sauces thatcan suits to all types and try it all out. Read more
Not sure if they are having a staffing issue, but it took almost 45 minutes (wasnt busy) to get our food after waiting 20... minutes to order, and our 2 strawberry lemonades came after we got food. Table behind us complained about how long it was takingtoo and a table left. Waitress was great though and could tell it was just a bad situation. Read more

We waited 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged by a single staff member with a line of 10 more people behind us who were... also waiting (no host/hostess in sight). And there were a ton of empty tables throughout the restaurant so you can't even say itwas because the place was "too busy." The entire dining room was in such a disgusting state, I've never seen a messierrestaurant. The tables and floor were a complete mess and the bathrooms were even worse. The women's handicap stall had severaltrails and puddles of blood throughout the floor tiles/around the toilet seat that looked like it had been ignored for days bythe congealed state of all of the puddles. And I know for a fact a staff member was aware of the state of the bathrooms, becauseone exited that stall just before I entered. I understand holiday weekends can overwhelm stores and restaurants and I try to beespecially patient with respect to that, but the state of this location on 11/25/22 around 4pm was atrocious.
