Horrible service. Rude staff. Empty place and they insisted that my 92 year old mother move to a table in the interior of the... restaurant and not in the sun. Simply lazy and arrogant staff. She even said "this ain't my place do I don't care". We took outand left. They should just close this chain down altogether. Go to Applebees. Read more
I came out this way to do some work and research over at the Suffolk county clerks office, on the way home we, being me, my... father and my 2 year old son, stopped at a farmers market and decided to grab some thing to eat at this Friday’s beforehitting the 495. So glad we did because the restaurant is probably the cleanest Fridays I’ve ever been to, the seating is veryupdated… Chris our waiter was right at the front with the friendliest smile ever, while seating us and handing us our menus heimmediately asked us what we wanted to drink. After he brought us our drinks, he had asked if we had our appetizer requestsready when we replied entrees only, he offered to bring the “lil guys” in right away so he’ll put it in as an appetizer tospeed it up!! So helpful!! It’s like he knew how to appease a hungry toddler! The entrées came out perfect My three for allpresentation was better than I’ve ever seen at any other Fridays that I’ve ever eaten at… It’s like they took the timeto make it look like what it actually does on the menu, and the taste was phenomenal to boot, mozzarella sticks, light brown andcrispy, chicken wings perfectly plated with just the right amount of sauce and the potato skins lined to perfection with thesauces filled up right on the bottom nicely on a black skillet plate just picture perfect! Every time we needed something, Chriswent above and beyond! He really was such a great waiter, I’d have to say probably one of the best I’ve ever had in a longtime! Someone in the fridays franchise should really look into him to train other wait staff bc he really should be up there…Ibelieve my other experiences in some other fridays may have been negative and maybe Chris needs to make his way out there andtrain some of their staff bc he really did a phenomenal job not just with me and my family but with the other tables I observedhim serving today!!! Waited to have someone come over. Server didnt realize it was her table. Ordered drinks. Waited 15 mins to place food order.... Forgot salad. Brought wrong salad. Waited 15 mins for check. Waited 10 mins for credit card to be taken. Given a dead pento sign receipt (lol). Terrible service and the place was empty. No suprise. Food portion was too small… but wellprepared. Absolutely Love the food always comes out , fast and fresh. I don't believe I ever had to return a dish or complain about it an... item ordered being wrong. Always sit at bar as this is at least a month date night location for me and my bf due to us bothloving the food and cocktails. Favorite cosmo is the cottan candy!!! Bartender and waitstaff is extremely friendly andaccommodating. Highly recommend! Will be back next month or prob this weekend. Read more
Disgusting. Of I could give zero stars, I would. Today we stopped in while shopping for lunch and ordered fish and chips. We... received what can only be described as 4 fish nuggets, with maybe 12 fries and a cup of warm and rancid coleslaw. The fish wascold and partially raw when we bit into it. We didn't even get an apology. When asked for the check (one soda) the waitressdisappeared. We left $5 on the table for the one soda and left this dirty restaurant. NEVER EAT HERE. Read more
1st time trying this location. Great service, and the food was great as always. We sat in the bar area, and we were approached... within two minutes. I order Sesame Jack Strips, and Jack Daniels Chicken. I usually order this everytime I go to a Fridays. Myhusband had this combination: shrimp, chicken. Which he said tasted good. Good spot to eat while Outlet shopping at Riverhead. They serve the typical American type food and have a bar. Prices are... reasonable and service was good. Food arrived prompt and it was tasty. It's not too salty or over cooked. Read more
