If I could I?d put 0 star due to the results of the cake I received. This is my first time purchasing a cake from them with the... worse customer service ever and cake. I wasted 30 mins talking to the employee Alexis for a custom red cake with a basketballcourt on it, just to end up getting a trash cake.If it couldnt be done then they should have told me instead of wasting my timeand almost $50. I had my brother pick it up and it came back with no design, a random white dot in the middle, and the frostinguneven and a salmon color. The sign saying ?Hiring Happy Scoopers? is crazyyyyy to me because none of the people working there are ever happy ????. I love... Baskin Robbins but this was the rudest staff I?ve ever met- been here twice and both times left shocked at how awful the staffis. Save yourself a trip and go to the BR on Magnolia instead. Terrible 0/5 and the DIRTIEST floors you will ever step on.wonder how well they are cleaning the utensils and machines with such unclean floors?. Read more
They left a paper cone inside of my chocolate dipped ice cream cone and they scooped ice cream into it like it wasn't there. The... employee was also on her phone the entire time. Didn't properly use the single glove she wore touching my ice cream cone aboveit's paper cover with her unprotected hand. Ice creams delicious but the service is trash. Been such a long time since I've been to 31 Flavors, but the flavors are still on hit, even had the old school Black Walnut
Wish it was a little cleaner inside. Ice cream was delicious but cleanliness was lacking. No public bathroom which is... unfortunate but I guess it comes with this part of the country. Minimal areas to sit down. It would be nice if there was outsideseating but this wasn't a big deal. The Supreme Chocolate ice cream was spot on. It might be my new favorite! Read more
Ice cream is good, prices are a bit high, $4.49 for one scoop in a cup. Came here with my kids, the music playing on the... in-ceiling speakers was explicit and dropping f bombs left and right. Service was fine. Read more
