Chelo's Burgers is so good! Don't let the fact that it's in a gas station minimart building fool you. This restaurant is... legit! The food is made with fresh ingredients and made to order. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. Their smilesare infectious! We had their grilled shrimp tacos and asada burrito (YUM!). We will definitely be back! Nice workers & local. 4/5 because I felt it kinda pricy. Burger combo & 3 tacos $20.20 Since the girl brought out the food and... served us & offered to refill the drink I felt compelled to tip. I left an addition $2.80... $23 bucks is more than I generallyspend for "fast food" The fries we exceptionally good. I liked the fish taco best. My son said I make better burgers at home. Ilike that its local, not much around pedley... Well there's 8 taco venders popped up on most every corner-but I shy away fromstuff served in the dirt out of the back of cars/trucks. I always think of Chelo''s when I get off work on Tuesdays because of the delicious Shrimp and Fish Tacos. They are so GOOD! ... Everything I have tried is good. Oh! And don't forget they serve menudo everyday not just on Sunday. I just wish they wouldstay open a little later so I could make it there after a late shift, but you can't have everything. Read more
Just finished up my Bacon, Ham and sausage breakfast burrito with grilled onions and sour cream. I've got to say... this was a... very pleasurable experience, I'm leaving very satisfied and impressed. To start, walking in, the staff makes you feel verywelcome. All of the women are dynamite. I usually order my breakfast burrito without potatoes and with extra egg to compensate.When I mentioned removing the potatoes, I was quickly offered rice, beans, french fries or extra egg. This was a surprise,because it's usually a pain to get extra egg on my burritos, also another charge.. but this was the same charge. The food camequickly, I was offered mild or spicy sauce. I picked spicy ;) The sauce is delicious, and the burrito was outstanding with goodportions and even distribution of ingredients. I've got no complaints at all.. I have never given a restaurant 5 stars this will be a first here's why... First of all don't let the fact that it's attached... to Arco fool you. This place has amazing staff great prices that are truly reasonable between 7.00-11.00 bucks at high qualityfood I have a family of 4 my total bill was 30 bucks for two kids plates and two adult places my wife got an omelette I gotsteak and eggs that included a big side of hash browns Got service with a smile and I was asked if I needed anything During myvisit Awesome job chelo's keep up the good work can't wait to come back ! Chelo's is a great place to go when you want large quantities of food for a cheap price. It is hidden on the side of an Arco but... once inside feels just like a regular restaraunt. I purchased a 2 taco plate and it was around 7 dollars. It was more than Icould eat. My kids purchased chili fries and a burger combo and all were delicious. The staff were all very friendly andattentive. Read more
