Our daughter put in an online order for a fundraiser and picked up the order this evening. When she came home the bowl for her... sister was incorrect. My husband and I went back tonight to get our food and support the school fundraiser. We addressed theissue over the phone and when we completed our order they re-created the incorrect bowl very quickly for our daughter. Despitehow busy they were, the team took the time to correct the issue and give her the correct item as she had ordered it. Thank youfor great customer service. Read more

Look at how tiny and depressing this bowl is. This was how I received my order. They forgot the rice the beans and the guacamole... of which I paid extra. This bowl cost me almost $15. Oh, and the meat was cold, it was colder than the lettuce. Completelydisappointing Read more

I was very disappointed with the service here. There were too many people helping with my order at the cashier. I added... guacamole at the register and it wasn't placed in my bag. I was charged for extra meat 3 times when should've only been chargedfor 1. None of my items were marked to identify the difference in burritos or bowls. I wanted to use my rewards points & thecashier assured me that it was applied to my order but once I got home I checked my receipt & it wasn't. I was overcharged & myguacamole was missing. I tried to call the store to get this resolved & I couldn't reach any1. The automated system says do aonline survey? My advice is; make sure your order is correct b4 you leave & check your receipt to make sure they don't chargeyou for items you did not receive or order. **** update still to this date no one has ever contacted me about this matter I alsodid the online survey & still no response Read more

I love Chipotle but this location always leaves off items that I order. Usually they miss one thing, but this last time they... left off 4 items. When we reached out they did offer us a BOGO coupon, but why would I spend more money here when I never getwhat I pay for. I won't ordering from them anymore. Read more

I was actually surprised. The veggie burrito was good. I don't normally eat at Chipotle because there's cilantro in everything.... I actually had NO cilantro in my food. Perfect! Sorry, I had already devoured my food. Read more

I went to this location inside Riverside Plaza shopping center and noticed how dirty the place was. There was so much trash... piled up by the trash cans near the fountain drinks dispenser. The restaurant was almost empty and it definitely showed the lackof good management. Employees working there were unfriendly. Maybe the owners of this location need to get some training atChick-fil-e restaurants headquarters and learn how to treat customers and run a business. I didn't buy anything here and WillNot go back to this location. Read more
