This Del taco location is so unprofessional. I asked for specific order, because my daughter is vegan. They put cheese so i... called them and said why did you put cheese and she said regular chili cheese fries have cheese. What does that have to do withmy order? I went back and did not bring the back the ones that were wrong because they just throw them away, so i didnt give itback to them because i gave them to a homeless person and the manager on Wednesday night at 10:29 pm said she needed the fries???? back and i said you're just going to throw them away and she said no im actually going to keep them. Like what??? Thismanager is so dump. So I got my order corrected and i paid for the manager messups. I hope the general manager sees this andsee what they have to say! She was also saying tell her we can give her another ones this time I was no thank you I will payfor them. Own up to you mistakes customer service is key. This place is very quick, never full and pretty clean and neat despite the area of Riverside it's in. My go to place when I want... a quick snack. Very inexpensive but delicious too. Read more

Friendly staff over night. Mary is truly the life of the drive through at night. They really try to get you through as quick as... they can. She could really teach these kids that work other drive through proper customer service and how to make sure thecustomers orders are made right. Mary works very hard for this store and is definitely under paid. But you can see her passionand stress management skills but yet from the moment you arrive at that speaker to place your order she will bring a smile toyour face just cause she makes that greeting feel so warm and inviting. I usually like most Del tacos restaurants However this particular del taco is really subpar. I have gone back a few times... because it?s convenient but I?m not going to do that any more This last time I ordered off Uber eats And even though Ispecifically asked for condiments, hot sauce and straws, and I messaged my driver to ask him to ask for condiments, napkins, andstraws when he got to the window, I still did not receive those things.
