Our waiter was nice, when he did talk to us. Overall customer service was terrible. We waited so long just to get drinks, and... then we waited 45 additional minutes for our food, all without being approached or attended to at all while waiting! Portionswere very small compared to other Danny's, and my daughter wouldn't finish or take leftovers home because the steak in hersandwich was mostly fat. Also, it smells like sewer really bad. I had a wonderful experience at this location with my family. The atmosphere was just what we needed for a nice relaxing night... out. What I appreciated the most was the customer service we received from Juan. He was so attentive and made sure we didn?thave to ask for a thing. He remained present without being overbearing and made sure we had a good time. I also have youngchildren so I commend his patience in their childish chaos. The restaurant is clean, smells good and the food was delicious. 10out of 10, we?d come back again! Read more

Denny is normally my favorite place but this day, they did me wrong. I ordered cinnamon roll pancakes, t bone steak, broccoli,... egg, and potatoes. All wrong. My steak was suppose to be medium well done. The meat was literally red in the middle, I amChristian we are not suppose to eat bloody meat. I received 5 pieces of broccoli, 5 potatoes, and the pancakes did not haveglaze on the top, like I normally am served. Mind you I order the exact same thing every time I go because there are times it isfull blown delicious. When they make the food correct this is my favorite place. Read more

We had an amazing breakfast. Everyone really nice and we did not waited for long, from sitting on our Ronald to getting our... drinks and food everything was fast. Really nice people, specially our server Graciela M, she will always come by our table tosee if we needed anything or if we were good. By far the worst dennys I ever been too, it took like 45 minutes to get the food and never got refils till our foods came out... and didnt get another even after that. My nephew ordered the chicken fried steak dinner and it was raw. The server (Araceli)acted like it was not a big deal. Even though he ate raw chicken. She acted like she did us a favor. My nephew already feelssick from eating the raw chicken. And when we got the check she never even took it off our bill and never apologized either.
