Horrible service, the app said my order was complete and i drive down to pick it up and the employee said the app is not... accurate and my order was just put in. What?s the point of tracking your order if it?s not correct and you will still have tostand there like a fool. I will never prefer from there again. Read more
Horrible service, extremely rude. No courtesy call because the order was late. I called to ask why it was going on an hour and a... half. Immediately hit with an attitude from the closing manager 3/22/2022. Just making sure the dates known. I ended up havingto order from another store who admitted this store sucked. She they were nice enough to make me the pizza. I know where my tipis going. All I can say is people have no work ethic anymore. It's sad. Order from any other store but this one. Trust me. Read more
Never thought id experience my first ever one star review on a well known pizza place. Here's the issue's i had with this... dominos. They say my pizza will be ready in "20 minutes" and i had to wait 45 MINUTES! I had things in the car like ice creamand that ended up melting when i got home. Now prices... THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, i payed $37 for 2 medium sized pizzas, basiclyabout $18.50 for one pizza, almost $20 for just one. As for the 2 pizzas which were the Cali Chicken Ranch pizza and a ultimatepeperoni pizza, they were very greasy, they looked somewhat burnt but when you took a bite they had a good soft crunch to themwhich to me is at my liking besides the greasy pizza part, the pizzas were well made but because of what i said before i dontthink ill ever come back to this dominos location ever again and mainly because of the price of just one pizza which is not onthe recipt for some reason. Id also like to add that i ordered a peperoni pizza at the same location before for delivery and gota very burnt, flavorless, greasy pizza. When they finished my order i forgot to add ranch sauce and they said you'd need to paybut needed to wait too because they had pizzas ready to come out, so im over here waiting for 5 minutes just for ranch and oneof the other staff working there ends up getting the ranch and tossing it on the counter to me which takes like 5 seconds to dobut anyways they tossed it like they didnt want to be there. They said have a nice day in a proper way, didnt have to pay forthe ranch but the way they were with tossing the ranch seems like they were done with working there. Read more
Today unfortunately was not good ordered online it said delivery time 39min so I placed the order, it was after 1hr I called... because it had not been delivered mind you on the tracker it had said quality control within 20 min upon placing the order sowhere's the pizza, I called they informed me they only had 1 delivery guy & his old & "it is what it is " those were her exactwords. I just cancelled & ordered pizza hut. I tried giving dominos a try by switching but one mistake can cause a futurecustomer. They need better CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Order Pizza ???? Hut !! Read more
I live 2minutes away, yet pizza didn't arrive until almost 50 minutes after the app said the driver left. Order arrived over two... hours after placing, and was barely warm. Called a half dozen times before they picked up, then they left the phone there whilesaying they would check on my order... Over 6 minutes later they still had not come back. Read more
just so you guys know you have to pay for your Parmesan cheese packets at this location.. this privately owned domino's is also... way more expensive then the others they don't honor the 6$ deals for pizzas and pizza is never ready on time your wait for pizzahere will be 35mins to an hour. Read more
