The portions are much smaller here than other locations. I was disappointed. I love El Pollo Loco and have eaten there many... times at different locations. It is one of my favorite fast food places. Didn't feel like cooking dinner. Just got off work so I stopped in to Pollo Loco in Woodcrest. Went in and to my surprise they... had a $5 menu ... So I ordered the chicken nachos and chicken burrito.. Also came with chips and a drink. Not bad for $5 ... Iwanted to take a picture of the food. Came here march21 @7:30 tacos were not fried right one of them wasn't fried at all but oily no cheese or cilantro in 2 tacos,... burrito poorly made with a slit in the middle, food was soggy. Do better. Read more
It was a good experience. Great customer service. Very clean location. The I my thing was the portions they gave with my meal... was not the correct size. I guess they?re not purchasing the el polo loco containers. They found some person containers to savemoney. And it?s a smaller size. They need to correct this. Trying to cut cost can be a drag for your customers. Read more
Terrible! I waited in the driveway thru line for my order for over 25m. I get home only to notice that the large size rice was... not even half way filled, my chips were missing as well. We got told of a family birthday party at the last min. Heading to it, called and was lucky to have spoken to Carlos. In about... 20 min time, he put together a 30 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes with gravy, macaroni and cheese, tortillas both cornand flower, chips and pico. Carlos made sure we had everything we would need. Plates, plastic wear, napkins, we couldn't haveasked for any better service. He even carried the box out to our vehicle. Just OUTSTANDING service.
