I just visited this location and dealt with a Angelina. I come through the drive-thru and order my food and she tells me I need... to wait and if I can come in to get my food I said no I cannot come in I am exhausted and I can barely walk but ( I can comeback through the drive-thru) as I just got off my shift that's the point of me coming through the drive-thru. So I come backthrough the drive-thru after about 10 minutes and I am told that if I cannot come in to get my food then pretty much don't placean order. I said well you guys need to speed it up or don't even have a drive-through if that's the case. That is the wholereason that I came to the drive-thru is to not come in. Great service with order takers that smile and know how to speak to people. The katsu chicken was fresh and delicious as well as... the BBQ chicken. And best of all, you got to love a place where you can get plenty of napkins and all the sauces you want. Ireally enjoyed this visit! Read more
The food was hot and tasty. I had the teriyaki chicken bowl and got the Spam Masubi to go. On this particular day they were out... of cups. Large cups only, and the staff didn't have a clue about much of anything but I almost expect that nowadays sadly. Went on Sunday afternoon, the interior was clean. They had a good amount of employees, so they took our order right away, staff... was attentive and friendly, food was great, generous portions. Lobby & Restrooms are closed as expected. Read more
When you order, try the BBQ chicken and the chicken Katsu, with terriyaki dipping sauce, very good!! The macaroni salad and... rice are tasty too. We really like the food and the great customer service!! If you ask them for only macaroni, they willsubstitute the rice for macaroni!! This chicken is amazing and full of flavor!!
