I ordered 3 drinks, the subtotal was 15.00 tax was 1.36 and I tipped 1.50 (counter service to-go). Unfortunately, my drink was... made incorrectly. The young man called our order number and I immediately ask what the drink was because I had ordered a LargeIced Black Tea with 25% sweetness ($5.50). He went to get the cashier and asked her what it was, she said it's a Black MilkTea. I asked them to remake it without milk because I ordered an Iced Black Tea. Faith said if I wanted a different drink Iwould have to pay for it. I didn't want a different drink, I wanted what I wanted. I told her to keep the Tea and asked forthe manager. The supervisor said she said you said milk. I explained again, that I did not order it with milk. I have neverordered a Iced Black Tea with milk in it. The supervisor would not give me her name. I left the drink there and do not receivea replacement. The is absolutely terrible service. I have brought my daughters and their friends here for Boba, milk teas,etc. I don't drink them, they do but after today I will never bring them back. Read more
Don?t waste your time!!!!!!They take FOREVER! I ordered my drink from home! I live 20 min away and when I got there it still... wasn?t ready. There was literally only two people there when I parked. People that came AFTER me got their drink before me. Ireally use to like this place but the service and quality have gone down hill. I understand being understaffed but there waslike 5-6 ppl back there. I don?t understand. I ended up waiting 40 min for 2 items. Needless to say I won?t be coming back atall. I rather give my time and money to a mom and pop shop than this joke of a place. Read more
It was my first time here. Had a good bit of people, so I expected it to be good. I like that they have an extra large size. My... drink was made very quick. I got an XL Thai Tea with light ice and it cost me just over $8. I have gotten Thai Tea from severalplaces around SoCal since I drive Uber. This place is the only place I will not return back to. I just wasn?t crazy about theirThai Tea and it tasted more of milk than tea. The Tea base also just doesn?t taste as good as other places. I?m sure theyprobably have other good drinks here, but I do not suggest the Thai Tea. Read more
ARI one of the baristas was super rude and didn?t want to give the red beans we ordered in our drink to us. We ordered it for... pick up 30 mins prior. She was frustrated they were forgotten and threw them under the whip cream. They were busy so I guess shewas stressed. Sam luckily came over apologized and added the beans and mixed them in for us.That?s all we were asking for. Wewill let the manager know about her eye rolling and ride behavior. **update from my last visit from 2 months ago, still workers still standing around talking and making customers wait a... ridiculous amount of time for a drink..*** Its delicious and I would recommend to anyone, I would definitely give a 5 star ifthey actually worked as they had customers to serve. They take their sweet time and it takes about 10 min to get one drink evenwhen theirs not many drinks to make. Read more
The boba was okay, but I asked for an extra large and I basically got a large with way too much ice, it filled more than half my... cup. When we complained they blamed it on us for not asking for easy ice. ??? I?m supposed to ask to get my moneys worth ofboba? I don?t think so. We ended up paying for another.
