This jack in box is suppose to be 24 hours. On several occasion the drive thru is shut down. Today the girl tells me we are... only doing doordash. If i want to order it will be 20 minutes. This aint the first time it happen. What a joke. Lol Read more

I decided to give this Jack in the box a 3rd try as a late night snack and once again it didn't fail to let me down. All signs... present this place as being a 24 hr facility. All lights are on, employees cars are clearly parked in front of the facility, andthe OPEN sign is vibrantly shining along Sycamore Canyon blvd. They fail to inform you that they will have a cone at theDrive-Thru preventing you from even placing an order and that they will ignore you when you're attempting to ask a simplequestion. People rely on the advertising being presented so please fix this ASAP for your future customers, as I will no longerbe visiting any of your locations from here on. Money being tight these days I stopped in there to get some tacos. These aren't the greatest tacos in the entire world they do... satisfy. The problem I have with this location is I asked for extra lettuce and I never got extra lettuce. Most locations whenasked for extra lettuce put a ton of lettuce on the taco. I felt cheated. Went today. Don?t expect much from jack in the box. Just classic fast food. Still enjoy their food. Long line in the drive thru.... But today I went and ordered jacks spicy chicken with curly fries and a coke. Didn?t check the bag(I believe the best in people)and ended up not getting curly fries, but getting charged all the same.
