Food was alright but lady made us circle a couple of times for our order. It was a bit confusing.
I visited this location this evening and I wish, at the very least, I could write about an order. However, that could never be... the case with such inattentive team members. What I experienced in a matter of 2 minutes was enough to lose my appetite anddesire to give a single cent to this place all at the same time. I have a fine beach cruiser that I rode through thedrive-thru and up to the pick-up window where an employee informed me that my order could not be taken there. I advised themthat my bike is normally undetected at that spot and nobody is alerted to take my order at the posted menu when I arrive.Another idling female employee near the window needlessly chimed in relaying the same thing I was told only 7 seconds prior.Fantastic, she is on it, wow, give her a raise! I then ask if I may bring my bicycle inside the restaurant so that I may orderat the counter instead. The male employee agrees and says it?s ?okay?. I then proceed to the entrance but not before passing byseveral loitering, transient people near the door. How welcoming! How safe! Just wow, very inviting! Before I can place thekickstand fully down on my bike, a stocky female employee clamors ?You cannot bring your bike in here!? Just that. There was no?hello? nor gesture to acknowledge my presence. I know what you?re thinking; where did she come from as hefty as she is! Well,I don?t know and didn?t stick around to find out because I walked right out that door. At this point, I lost my appetite, asclearly nobody?s priority was taking my order. And that?s okay! I?m stressed out too and I, too, want to go home! No thank you.Buenas noches! Everyone was so knowledge about what ?can and cannot? be done. It was very apparent that these three employeeswould say anything and exhaust zero effort to take 1 order. A few times they made mistakes on my order & apparently one of the guy that work there can't count I had to correct him on the... amount of change he owed me. I guess giving him the exact amount was to much for him to handle mentally. Lol Read more

Went through a drive through ordered a strawberry shake and cheesecake. Got home. Had the strawberry shake and mini... churos. Called the number only to get a "Hello" answer. When I asked if I had reached Jack In the Box, they said, if that'sthe number you dialed, then it's Jack in the Box, then they hung up Why is it people can't get what they want anymore fromrestaurants? Drove back down from my house, far away, asked to speak with the manager, they kid hold me he was busy. I'm sorrywhen you "F Up" and order, you gave up your manager's right to be "Busy" But Jose came out, apologized and got them to give mewhat I ordered. I ordered a cheeseburger and it had no meat on. But the reason for the bad review wasn't only because of the burger but the... customer service. The cashier was very rude! She initially didn't give me my receipt the first time. When I asked for it aftershe gave me my burger the second time, she gave me one without the survey! Read more
