They suck.100% getting the simplest order wrong. I order a sirrach burger and a kids chicken nugget meal with curly fries. They are so slow I have to mobile order my items in order to make it to work on time. Today I did mobile order and they locked... the dining room so I had to wait in the drive thru for my mobile order and be late for work bc they don't do refunds. Quality offood here is the worst one too, there's definitely other better jack in the boxes. Read more
Like the location at Riverside Plaza as they are consistently good. You know when you order the same thing it's going to taste... like it did the last time you got it. Fries are served hot not lukewarm. Read more
This place sucks! Just plain worst location ive ever been for jack in the box restaurants. They wont take coupons, EBT and... hardly care to count change. The burger is laughable and the service, if you can call it that, is way below par. Grade A it isnot. The bathroom was disgusting and there were homeless outside camped in the parking lot that had been there for weeks. Ifthere is anywhere else to eat... go there instead! Read more
Ordered online, payed with credit card. Got there at 11:50 pm and the guy on the speaker said we're closed. I told him that I... ordered online and already paid for it. The guy tells me to take it up with corporate. So I went through the process of puttingin a complaint to at least get my money back and I never got a response of any kind. So it ends up that I'm just out the $24 andchange. Put in a complaint with the manager at the location on central Avenue by the Riverside Plaza where the problem occurred and still nothing. I have been to many Jack in the boxes, but this one is definitely one of my favorites it is clean and there are no homeless... people hanging around this establishment which makes you feel safer. The employees all were wearing mask and adhering to allCOVID-19 protocols, our food came pretty fast and was definitely good as usual.Buy local, Shop local, Eat local,Spend local. Read more
