Update: this shop has apparently worked to improve their system for take-out and online ordering as my last 3 orders were ready... when I arrived. Love businesses that address & improve their challenges! Regular customer & not a complainer, but I alwaysorder to-go to avoid the limes. Today was my 3rd recent visit- ordered at 12pm- advised 10-15 minutes. Arrived 12:25 & not onlywas my sandwich not started yet- they prepared for the 4 guests that came in behind me in line, before they made mine!Management needs to fix their policies in handling to-go customers.
