12/3/2022 We are new to the area. We decided to pick up some McDonald's on our way to work. The drive through line was long... and moved once every 5 minutes. We decided it might be faster to go inside. It was not. It took us 40 minutes to order and getour food. Normally that amount of time would cover our entire visit! I also observed many people complaining about wrong ordersand long wait times. I don't know if they are understaffed or just mismanaged. Maybe both. Service has improved greatly; new team members do everything they're able to(after all, they're learning) -people need to... understand that. But please fix the damn ice cream machine so it doesn't go out every 2 days, and now the frappes are having thesame problem ???????????? Read more

I feel for the workers. I truly, absolutely do. I'm a veteran of retail and service industry, I understand the stress. However,... I don't think we've had a correct order here in a long time. The last time we went, ordered in the drive thru, handed wrongorder. Went inside to swap and get our correct order, the manager Victor at the time handed what was supposed to be the correctorder. Got all the way home to realize it was EVEN MORE of a wrong order. Tonight we decided to give the benefit of the doubtas we've seen tons of new people working there. Ordered two #3s, said it was such. Girl who took our payment even reiterated assuch. Get handed our food, get home and the burgers are beyond wrong and freezing cold, as if they just grabbed any box that hadbeen laying there for hours. I can't even say that they were busy as they were only taking 2-4 orders at a time. How do youmess up so badly?????? So, we paid an additional probably $10 for dollar menu burgers, and we paid using EBT which can takeliteral weeks to refund, only after I have to use my own time tomorrow, go in, wait for management, fill out paperwork, mail thepaperwork, and wait for a refund because it's happened to me in the past. Truly don't think we trust this location anymore tonot waste our money, gas and time. ***EDIT TO ADD: I decided to try and eat the wrong burger that I received, and it turns out;ITS. RAW!!!! To begin with, my order was given to me incorrectly at the drive-through. I had to drive back to the restaurant #12252 on the... corner of Day street and Canyon Springs in Moreno Valley. Once inside I approached the counter and waited a good 3 minutes andnobody greeted me. I asked if there was a manager available and a slender long haired kid who was the acting manager at themoment, 10/15/22 @ around 5:15pm, came out. I made a suggestion that perhaps he should instruct his employees to great customersletting them know that someone will be with them shortly. He shook hes head at me and said "No we don't have to do that and thathe would not tell the employees that ". I haven?t been to this restaurant and take a dine in but I did a couple of times for delivery through Ubereats. One time they... forgot to give me my 20 chicken nuggets. The other time which is today. I ordered the Egg McMuffin meal with egg cheese muffinand ham. I put no cheese. And then I have received a McMuffin with egg and cheese, no ham. And also the French fries is theworst that I have had among all the McDonald?s. Read more

I swear I try to give this location so many chances and each time they ALWAYS fail!!! I?m allergic to onions and I requested to... not have any on my 2 McDoubles, I also asked for extra pickles. I see on the order slip exactly how my order is supposed to beso I didn?t think to look and see if it?s correct. I?m so mad that I didn?t because not only does it not have extra pickles butthere?s onions on my burger which I realized after I took a bite into one of the burgers. I understand that when you have a rushin the drive thru things can get messed up but seriously how can it happen EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!! Now I have food that I can?teat and regardless of the amount that was paid for it, if I?m asking for my order to be made certain way that?s exactly how itshould be. Read more

This McD is extremely busy all the time. It is evident that they are understaffed or management is doing a bad job assigning... stations. My visit took place at around 5:30 PM on a Wednesday. The drive-thru had the longest line (10+ cars). So, I decided togo inside to purchase 2 gift cards. Standing inside, a long line had formed and there was no one at the front counter to help.Two times people in line asked if someone could help but staff didn't even had the courtesy to respond. Until the third time,the assistant manager with a bad attitude responded "Please wait, we'll be there soon." It took approximately 20 minutes untilsomeone showed up at the front counter and started taking food orders with a very kind and attentive attitude. This is the onlyreason I gave this review 2 stars. Other than that, cleanliness seemed to have been neglected (evident by multiple dirty tablesand unswept floors) and efficiency was mediocre. I'll be visiting their extremely efficient neighbor next time instead(Chick-fil-A). Read more
