So; a week and few days ago, I went to get adult happy meals. I got quite a few of them, because I have a big family. They all... wanted a adult happy meal .I have 6 total adults in my house hold, and 4 kids. I go ,and try to get 10 happy meals. They gaveme a hard time with that but I eventually got 7 out of 10 happy meals. I checked my happy meals and toys . I see that they gaveme the same toy 7 times. I ask for different toys and they had a episode (they= an entitled young manager ) . They closed thewindow and never gave me the rest of my food . They never said to leave or told us they were giving me a refund so we stay inline. I get tired of waiting and I go inside. By then I was notified POLICE WERE CALLED!! At this point I'm still not beingheard and treated as a trespassers. I had to wait till a security guard came in and ask me what had happened . I began to tellhim I'm waiting on my food and that the incompetent manager was being unprofessional and was not doing her job. My food was notgiven to me then she screams (the incompetent manager) "I have the right to refuse you service " . To what I responded verydisrespectfully at this point to give me my money back so I can leave . She took longer then 5 minutes to give me my money andthen she SHORTS MY CHANGE snatches the receipt out of my hand and throws it away.. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 38.67 for 3 happy mealsand I received 38.03 or so back. Only reason I knew how much it was ,was because I had ANOTHER receipt and it told me how much 3happy meals were .lucky for me the security guard saw the whole thing and vouched for me because little misses entitlementwouldn't help me or give me my change EXACTLY. I have a video to prove this and I will post it . I hope McDonald's reaches backto me for this inadequate , and very unprofessional treatment. Food is your typical Mcdonalds which is good. Dining area is too dirty by that I see people with their own personal cups filling... off the soda fountain in just 20 mins being there. Also just loitering reading their newspaper will they have a water bottlewith lemonade off the fountain machine. It's hard to control that atmosphere without security but I just doesn't look hygienic. Read more
The food was hot but tasted like chemicals. Again, McDonald's was not my choice. I'm beginning to dislike all fast food. I... rarely eat it. The food tasted like it's been sprayed of mixed with preservatives. We ordered a coke and got unsweetened tea. Mydaughter and grand daughter became nauseated. This is the first time I?ve been inside the restaurant instead of the drive-thru and I will never come in again. It was empty... inside except for a few tables and every single, not exaggerating, every single table was absolutely filthy. I told one of theemployees and asked if they could clean a table. She turned and walked away completely ignoring me so I had to clean one myself.This place is disgusting, the employees just ignore you and I will never be back to eat here. The tables were not cleaned. I got 9 nuggets instead of 10. After letting the cashier know about the tables a guy went and... cleaned up, but it shouldn't be asked. They should check that. Waited in line for 40 mins for breakfast, by the time I got to the speaker to order, breakfast hours were over. Instead, I... ordered 2 number 7's ketchup and pickles only, and a McDouble mustard and pickles only. After leaving I realized I had receivedthe number 7s plain and the McDouble without cheese with ketchup. It's amazing that the starting wage is $16-18...yet I can'teven get cheese on a burger that is supposed to come with cheese. Horrible experience. Negative stars. Read more
