For some reason, the app didn't record all of my responses accurately and a few of my choices were off. I was disappointed when... the pizza wasn't what I wanted at all. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make it right even though it wasn't eventheir fault, which I appreciated so much. They were willing to remake the pizza according to how I wanted it, no questionsasked. It tastes great. Reminds me of why I drive further out to get pizza from this location - exemplary service. I came into the store and stood in front of the counter to place a carryout order, two workers in the store both ignored me for... about 8 minutes until I walked out. Not pleased at all with this location. Both employees should be reprimanded immediately. Read more
I love it when an employee genuinely sound apologetic for an Internet error and slight inconvenience. The app told me my pizza... was cooking and ready I got to the store to find I had no order even placed; after checking my emails I saw they had canceled myorder, and the manager was so kinda when he heard what happened that he took the time to come over and explain the app/internetconnection issues they have been having on top of being i?m very sincerely apologetic.
