For some reason, the app didn't record all of my responses accurately and a few of my choices were off. I was disappointed when... the pizza wasn't what I wanted at all. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make it right even though it wasn't eventheir fault, which I appreciated so much. They were willing to remake the pizza according to how I wanted it, no questionsasked. It tastes great. Reminds me of why I drive further out to get pizza from this location - exemplary service. I came into the store and stood in front of the counter to place a carryout order, two workers in the store both ignored me for... about 8 minutes until I walked out. Not pleased at all with this location. Both employees should be reprimanded immediately. Read more
I love it when an employee genuinely sound apologetic for an Internet error and slight inconvenience. The app told me my pizza... was cooking and ready I got to the store to find I had no order even placed; after checking my emails I saw they had canceled myorder, and the manager was so kinda when he heard what happened that he took the time to come over and explain the app/internetconnection issues they have been having on top of being i?m very sincerely apologetic. My order was made quickly and delivered within the hour considering it was a holiday. 5 pizzas, wings, and dessert. Everything... was hot and fresh. Even Grandma got seconds. The delivery driver was very polite and gracious as we did not have our penniestogether to pay once he got there and waited with a smile. Good food. Came out hot.. would be more stars but they messed up my pizza twice. Didn't understand what I wanted. But got a free... pizza for waiting about an hour for it.. the wings where ok. Need more meat on them. They were cold, but I should have askedthem to refire them. Read more
