Waited 40 minutes in store for my online order. The manager was more concerned with drive through customers than us online... in-store pickup customers. I watched the 7 employees laugh and play the entire time I was waiting. Got home with the order andwas missing biscuits and one of my sides. Popeyes you owe me some food for the missing items. I just picked up my lunch. Almost $14 for 2 pieces of chicken and a small drink. I ordered the 2 piece combo with a small drink... from inside not drive-thru. They forgot the sides. Normally I wouldn't complain I know accidents happen but unfortunately thisis not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Last time I was there ordered my food in the drive-thru and whenI got to the window to pay for a family meal almost $40 they proceed to tell me that can't give me my sides because they ran outof lids so they gave me a box of fries instead. This location needs to re-vamp their management or perhaps corporate should stepup and get involved. Sad because I love the chicken but I doubt I'll be back anytime soon. Inside was closed. Went through the drive thru to pick up a delivery order and the employee held his finger up at me to tell me... to wait. Use your words dude. My husband went and got it last night. It looked like a pull apart chicken strips! I really really enjoyed it! So did he!... Wonderfully crunchy and perfect with the honey mustard! He likes the ranch. Perfect for a quick bite! Read more
What a JOKE! HORRIBLE experience. We ordered the 1/4 Shrimp combo and they totally shortened us using the small nugget box for... our shrimp. AND then they couldn't even put our 3 beignets in a box or wrap, STRAIGHT UP THREW THEM IN A BAG. What in the actualF! Like this would be acceptable in what why? Horrible employees, terrible management the NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE and messagesare full. CORPORATE OR HEADQUARTERS needs to serious get involved! Read more
Was quite disappointed with this experience. We went midday and used the mobile ordering. We used the "pick up at 1220" option... for in store pickup, but still gave it about 15 minutes additional from that while driving over. When we got there, all thedoors were locked. Even though it looked as if there was at least 1 customer sitting in the dining room. There was no signs onthe door saying anything, that would just be basic to do if you're locked during the day. They shouldn't have the "pick up"option if the dining room is locked. Some people don't have a car to use a drive-thru. Thankfully they didn't have an issuehelping us in the drive-thru. There were a couple of cars in front of us, but we were at the order board right away. When wetold them which order we were here for, they said the 14 piece spicy family meal is going to take 14 minutes, which disappointedus, considering we pre-ordered for a set time and have it lots of extra time. We also ordered the meal deal for blackened tenderfamily pack. The food ended up taking about 20 minutes more. They parked me (where you have to make a double left turn intotraffic) to wait for the food. So after waiting about 20 more minutes in the parking lot, they finally bring our food.Unfortunately they forgot the blackened ranch, even though we had blackened tender family meal as well. They wouldn't answerthe door and I wasn't going to deal with the line in the d/t. Now for the worst part... The blackened tenders were absolutetrash. I get them often (how I eat low carb/low cal at Popeyes!) and this was the worst by far. They were rubbery andflavorless. Everything made worse by the fact that they didn't provide blackened ranch for our ~60$ order. Which we asked fortwice at menu board and order window before being parked. Just left this Popeye's for lunch. Got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. First they didn't come in their usual foil lined bags. They... came like in n out sandwiches do. So they were not hot as usual, but slightly warm. Not a deal breaker, But why in the hell do Ihave more bread then chicken, on BOTH SANDWICHES. Started on the first sandwich and noticed the lack of meat. OK, figured thesecond sandwich couldn't be that bad. ITS WORSE... Looks like I got a nugget of chicken instead of a patty...Looks like I willnot be going back there at all..Wasted of my money and time. Read more
Super slow drive through- up to an hour waiting in line with only six cars in front of me. By the time it was finally my turn,... no chicken tender, no coke, and at the window, no straw!! (Figured out only when I asked for it). I see four to five employeesinside, yet terrible service out of all the Popeyes I have been to. Go to the one on Magnolia if you really want Popeyes. Read more
