Went there for late lunch today.. let?s just say, I will not be coming back. I won?t go into too much detail but, it was... disappointing to say the least. Bad first impression with dirty glass on front door, with hostess just sitting there.. Women?srestroom was dirty & no toilet paper in at least one stall. The menus were dirty & sticky! It was not busy at all.. Our firstpizza was burnt, so we waited over an hour & a half. The food was over priced & underwhelming to say the least. Had a wonderful time with Kingdom family and friends, celebrating Rosemary C's 88th birthday. The food was good, the fellowship... greater. We had a private room, a little chilly but the laughter and company made our time memorable. Read more
The food was really good, we'd never eaten here before. The service was okay, the waiter was really nice but he only gave us our... drinks one time and did not offer us refills ever. The food was pretty expensive but wow it tasted delicious! Read more
We went in to have lunch on our short lunch hour. Sat at the bar hoping for quick services since I have been a decade plus long... customer. Was totally ignored for the first 15 minutes. The hostess saw us waiting at that point. I saw her tell the barwaitress as she pointed that we had been waiting a long time. The bar waitress, turned and started chatting with the dish washerfor 5 minutes. So we got up and walked out. Never ever in all the years as a loyal high tip customer have I been treated likethis. Like all the other eating establishments in Riverside California, they are all going down hill. I will praise when worthyon here and comment when you are not worthy. Riverside is quickly running out of choices. Oh, by the way, I went to El Patron inRiverside after that. Got excellent service and food very quickly. They have yet to let me down. The hostesses we're great! I even met a former employee in the Ladies Room, and SHE was great. Our server on the pizza side,... however, left a lot to be desired. She started off good, but after she brought the appetizers, with no plates and napkins, Iknew there were going to be issues. We were fortunate enough to flag her down and asked for the plates, and napkins. Later on,after bringing our actual food (it was 45 minutes for my friend's deep dish pizza, and this was fine . . . let me continue . ..) she eventually stopped by to see if there was anything else we needed. Honestly, we were nearly done, then she realized shehadn't brought our drinks. Perhaps it was her memory of serving drinks to the table across the room, or her memory of our order. . . Or maybe she looked at the table, and thought it looked strangely without cups that influenced her to quickly leave andreturn with our drinks MORE THAN an hour after having ordered them . . . Or maybe it was the look on our faces when she asked,in good form, if there was anything else we needed? You may be wondering why we didn't ask for the drinks sooner? It wasn't forlack of trying. Our server wasn't around, and when she or the gentleman server we're on the floor, they couldn't see or hear us.Oh, except for when he tried to give us someone else's order, and the proper owners scoffed loud enough that he made a beelinefor their table. It was very fast. Now, the food was fabulous! There was lasagna, that deep dish pizza, Italian Wedding Soup,bread and another tasty appetizer. Despite the absentminded service we received that day, I WILL BE GOING BACK! I also recommendyou give it a try. If you get our server, be prepared. Food was delicious, had their mozzarella sticks which are huge, comes 4 per order. Had their Italian club packed with plenty of... meat and cheese and comes with fries or tater tots. Had their large meat lovers Chicago style pizza. Couldn't finish any of it.So delicious Read more
Was looking forward For a nice evening with my family, but left so unhappy. We had no idea who our server was, while the... tables/guests around us were being taken care off, we were left ignored. Worst part was they weren?t even busy and yet we had tono service at all. At least they remember to bring our food to the table, but felt like we were being discriminated of being theonly Hispanics in the section we were seated (probably not the case) but when you see that the rest of the guests are white andthe servers were being attentive to those specific guests??.one place that we don?t plan to go back, thankfully it?s not closeto home.
