ordered a drink and a food item but they finished my food item before my drink. my friend got his order before mine (and he... ordered before me) and when i approached them about my drink, they didn't have it and it wasn't inputted in the system. had towait even longer for my drink and was tempted to leave but they made it quickly. don't order in store, just order on the app soyou don't end up late to wherever you have to go ???? Wait is too long at this place. Many people will go to the door for it to just be locked and have to go to the drive thru. The... drive thru is so slow too, I don't get how it can be that slow when they are only focusing on one side. They might as well justhave it as a drive thru but they can't even do that. There was a time I looked at the time they opened up and they had mewaiting for about 2hrs if they aren't going to open on time change/update your time on the page. Ordered mobile for pickup in drive through because the line was long and I have my favorite drinks saved and then the barista at... the mic told me not to do that ever again... Never experienced that before at any Starbucks. Read more

I find myself leaving here frustrated often. I would say that I am only totally satisfied half of the time that I come here.... Most of the time it has to do with the quality of the customer service from the workers. I just walked in right now stood at theregister, and just got ignored by four employees. So I sat down at the chairs in front of the register and waited for them tofinish speaking. In that amount of time I was able to place a mobile order. So it?s fine I got my drink that way. But i didn?teven get a ?hi? or ?we will be right with you?. I come here a lot regardless because it?s near my home and I love Starbucks :)but usually when I do come here, it?s really dirty and not well kept. For example today they didn?t have any napkins at any ofthe three locations they keep them. ???? They are super polite about letting use the restroom and the drinks usually turn outgreat. However, I have had a lot of trouble with the quality of the of the drinks in the past too. (Things like them not beingmade right or neglecting my Instructions). Luckily, they are always quick to fix it . . . it just happens a lot. ????????? alsoon Google it says that it?s open 24/7. This is not true at all. I can?t tell you how many times I?ve come later in the eveningor early in the morning and it?s not open. (I work night shifts).
